We stumbled upon Blossom by accident. It was a happy accident. This place is a hidden treasure. The atmosphere is hip and inviting. It reminds me of being in New York City. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place is spotless clean. The dishes are lovingly prepared using the freshest ingredients. I promise you will enjoy yourself. Cannot wait to go back. We had a great time coming here and dining outside. The service here is amazing and very fast to get your food. We ordered a hand roll, sesame chicken, and udon vegetable noodles. Everything was great but we definitely recommend the salmon hand roll and udon noodles!

Loves Blossom! I’m so sorry I don’t have pictures, I did take out but let me tell you this food it authentic, clean and fresh! I really enjoyed every bite. I had vegetable fried rice, scallian pancakes, sushi, and my daughter had chicken and broccoli and miso soup. All fresh and amazing! I can’t wait to return and dine in the restaurant is open and I inviting. I would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy this sushi restaurant. Nestled in the heart of summit new jersey, a beautiful and clean town. Nearby is great shopping and an arboretum. But the sushi here is incredible. Super fresh and tasty! Booths are great for families, friends, or a cozy date. I really enjoy the American Sashimi platter. I don’t normally like yellow tail anymore but their yellow tail is always so fresh and clean tasting. A little bit of soy sauce or ponzu brings out the flavor. They use white ginger (healthier). The staff are friendly and prompt.

Great place to dine in Summit. We’ve been here a few times now and it’s been a consistent experience. Huge menu selection of Asian fusion food including Japanese. Very tasty, large portions (you will end up with food to take home), well priced, great atmosphere with many different areas to sit in for small and large groups. We have not been disappointed with any of the dishes we order except that they need to add more prawns on the All Season dish.

I would like to thank my sister in law for bringing us to this gem of a restaurant right in the middle of downtown Summit. The food was excellent! It is beyond description. You just need to come here and taste it yourself. Authentic Asian cuisine perfectly executed. I had the Bento box with shrimp and vegetable tempura it is the best I tasted so far of all the Japanese places I’ve been too. I was also pleasantly surprised with the more than generous serving size and customer friendly prices. All together a very nice dining experience. I will definitely come here sooner than later!

Visited with a group of 8 and the seating was comfortable and well decorated. The calamari appetizer is one of the best I have had and the whole family appreciated the serving size of it. The only knock I could say, is the options for chicken. There aren’t many but the dishes they do have plated beautifully and have unique and exquisite taste. This will be a place our family visits often when we come back and visit NJ. Also, it’s a BYOB establishment so make sure you bring your favorite spirits to make the experience that much more.

TBH, the food and service was terrible when we went there on Friday mid afternoon. The fried rice and pad Thai we ordered were so bland and the Pad Thai had no vegetables even though waitress told us it had snap peas etc. they tried to make it right but didn’t do much better so very disappointed.
But my wife has been here before and food and service have been much better. The ambience is very nice and up scale. The tofu is amazing! Didn’t ever think I would rave about how good tofu is but here we are. Would give it another try, maybe we just had bad luck.

This Asian restaurant is seated in a beautiful place in New Jersey. I love the ambiance and the service was quick. It was my first time trying the “calamari salad”, and would highly recommend to try this delish food to everyone.
