Ordered through Uber Eats. Order was missing sandwich and the coffee was hot, not iced as ordered. The sticker on the side of the cup even says Iced.

Both Dunkin locations (Enterprise and Ozark) always have issues. I have to go in every time to get my drink the way it was suppose to be made. Either they leave out the flavor or cream or it tastes burnt. If I place a mobile order they don’t have what I ordered half of the time and they can’t issue a refund? It’s ridiculous.

The girl Christina there has an attitude problem and should not work customer service at all. First she was rude in the telecom & then at the window. Then get told to pull around and still had to go inside to get the coffee cause no one ever came out. There was also no line at the window and no one inside so it’s not like it was busy. Your employees can literally make or break your shop. I will not be coming here anymore.

This Dunkin has very friendly service and they get my order right regularly their restrooms are closed for “covid” so they only get 4 stars i just don’t believe covid is a reason not to clean your restrooms at regular intervals and keep them open to your customers but everything else is always great so i still shop here for my coffee. They have fast service and always keep up with the rush kudos there.

I stopped patronizing Dunkin over a year ago, and went to this location because I was on vacation and needed coffee. The first couple visits were fine but then someone decided that refilling my cup was not allowed because it didn’t say Dunkin Donuts on it. So they would rather waste a paper cup for me to pour it into my thermos tumbler so they could charge me 4 dollars for a coffee that quite honestly wasn’t even hot half the time. What a rip off when gas station coffee is more consistent and costs a quarter of the price.

The girl at the drive threw kept saying there wasn’t a meal deal for what we wanted and there was in was over charged the coffee wasn’t made correctly and the girl was rude kept pressuring for a tip really a tip in the drive thru come get you stuff together

Worst coffee I’ve ever had. It’s not even just one time it’s every time. The coffee ain’t real coffee it’s 95% milk. Tastes milky and watered down. Yall gotta do better. Yall trying to save money and it clearly shows. I’ll continue with Dakota coffee or Starbucks. However i will say this…. BEN is amazing and deserves a raise. He knows my order the moment i pull to the menu. The service is great people amazing but coffee HORRIBLE

Lady at the prompter speaker was fine. Young lady at the window was very rude in her attitude. Not saying a single word and bodily language do translate to rude service. This was the donut we received after specifically requesting a better glazed donut. I wouldn’t waste my time with this shop.

This shop is hit or miss. More misses than hits .I order from them via DoorDash almost every night I work. Most nights they don’t add all the ingredients I list on my order and a lot of the times the cup is only half full. Other times they say they don’t even have the product I order. I love their iced coffee when they get it right but other nights I feel cheated when I spend money on a large iced coffee and get the equivalent of a small. I bet they wouldn’t do this if I were standing there ordering in person. Tonight’s order was a half cup full on a large coffee. No ice and just foam on top. Very disappointed again
