8/14- After having bad experience earlier at one on Troy and needing a coffee while traveling, decided to try this one. I was greeted when I pulled up very nice and professional, my coffee was perfect, bagel and cream cheese hot and fresh. I wish I got the employee name, it was around 8-9am. She was the sweetest, best customer service and made my day better. Def recommend this location. To the employee working that day and time drive-thru you were amazing, keep it up and thank you!

Before finding all the local coffee/donut shops when we moved here, we relied on Dunkin’ to fulfill our morning cravings. However, we were quickly awakened to the poor quality and staff at this particular location. The “glazed” munchkins were not only stale, but lacked even a single drop of glaze. I gave their donuts another try after that experience, but the pink frosted donut barely had any frosting on it and did not taste fresh. I decided to give their drinks a try, so when I ordered a drink that was on their menu and received a completely different drink, I was surprised. When I walked in to return it, the manager said she’d never heard of the drink I ordered, and yet, it was on the menu. They refused to refund me, and that was the last time we went. Support Downtown Donuts, the Bean Bro, Dakota Coffee, or The Daily Bread instead! I also want to note that, although the quality hasn’t changed since last year, the management may have, so hopefully the staff at this location are more helpful now!

It’s super hit or miss at this location. They’re regularly out of different types of donuts. Sometimes my coffee is perfect but frequently it’s not quite right. Sometimes the service is phenomenal and sometimes it seems like I’m inconveniencing them by being there to pick up my mobile order. Every time I get munchkins they taste stale. I hate to be critical because sometimes it really is great, but it’s hard to overlook the bad experiences.

This shop is hit or miss. More misses than hits .I order from them via DoorDash almost every night I work. Most nights they don’t add all the ingredients I list on my order and a lot of the times the cup is only half full. Other times they say they don’t even have the product I order. I love their iced coffee when they get it right but other nights I feel cheated when I spend money on a large iced coffee and get the equivalent of a small. I bet they wouldn’t do this if I were standing there ordering in person. Tonight’s order was a half cup full on a large coffee. No ice and just foam on top. Very disappointed again

The customer service wasn’t bad, but the company policy is. I ordered a frozen coffee with a shot of espresso. I watched them fill my cup then dump almost a quarter of the amount created down the drain. The drinks are not cheap and yet they’re waisting what I paid for. Then when I asked them why they didn’t put it in another cup for me, they told me it was policy. Next time if I want the remaining amount I’d have to buy another cup at $0.55 in addition to the almost $10 I already spent. This makes no sense and is infuriating. Cooperate needs to make some changes.

Lady at the prompter speaker was fine. Young lady at the window was very rude in her attitude. Not saying a single word and bodily language do translate to rude service. This was the donut we received after specifically requesting a better glazed donut. I wouldn’t waste my time with this shop.

We went into the Enterprise Dunkin Donut shop on Sunday. There were hardly any donuts available and the man who was working said they had called in their baker to make some more (?). The donuts were stale that we ordered (boston creme) and were definitely not fresh. We saw flies on the donuts and asked the worker to please get them off. He ignored us. The shop was not clean. I firmly believe that the health department should look into this.

Short staffed, don’t have product. Never received my order due to the fact I got tired of waiting. Ordered at 10:34 am and still didn’t have order done by 10:56 am. Front person was so rude. There was a cup sitting on the counter supposedly its for tips. Didn’t know what that was for. Looking for a penny and was accused of stealing money. This location is the worse location I have every been in.

When trying to order inside the store nobody in there would take our order. There were only 2 staff in there and they were only doing drive through orders but never locked the doors or came to talk to the several people waiting to order inside. After 20 minutes of waiting we went to dairy queen instead. Dunkin, you NEED to hire more staff or close your doors when you can’t handle the demand. Extremely disappointed in the service of an otherwise great store.
