Do not waste your time absolutely horrible! If you love spending money on something that will disappoint you, well, then this is the store for you. I have over the years given this place numerous chances, as perhaps, it’s just a one off, a bad employee, etc.. that is not the case out of roughly 20 visits. I’ve had one good visit and that is over a four year course. Wrong orders, horrible attitude. If you ask them to remake the wrong order, randomly decide not to serve food because they don’t want to have to do the cleanup, any type of attitude that you can think of that is negative these employees have. They do not hide the fact that they do not want to be there. The hours are unreliable. Do not waste your time, nor money visiting this location.

This place is a joke! I always come here in the morning before work and it used to be great and the people were friendly, but now they can’t get your order right and they always have an attitude. The lady manager acts like it’s not her problem when you call to complain and says she’s not going to argue with you, and unfortunately when you’re a manager it is your problem.

Always short staffed and takes forever to get your order. I have even been here and told they quit serving food in the middle of the day

I get there ~650am today. They tell me to hold. No problem. They tell me to go ahead. I say 2 words, then “hold.” Not cool. I repeat “small frozen coffee, butter pecan” multiple times. I get “what, I can’t hear u.” I start to get aggravated. Small frozen coffee. What flavor? Butter pecan? “We don’t have that anymore.” It’s on your menu board. If u don’t have it cover it. And why ask me when u know there’s flavors on your menu u don’t have? U should’ve listed the flavors. I get the drink and immediately know something is wrong. In Alabaster they put whipped cream on top. Not here. It feels melted or thin, but the texture is weird. So I’m trying to figure it out. I sip it and it tastes so strongly of coffee. It doesn’t taste like that in Alabaster. Finally at McDonald’s I realized what was wrong: they blended whipped cream into it. That explains the texture and the thinness. I don’t perceive any ice in this FROZEN coffee. I notice there is dark liquid in the bottom of the cup. I only took like 3 sips. I literally have a cup of foam, cost me $3.78. The pic of light brown liquid is the caramel frappe I bought at McDonald’s. It is what a frozen drink should look like. I may stop eating at all Dunkin Donuts on principal. I threw the drink out. It wasn’t made properly. I didn’t want a cup of foam.

Very poor service, they didn’t even have donuts, I did drive thru, and the attention was very bad, so disappointed, I’m not back to that place

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I ordered a latte, 1 doughnut and 1 order of hash browns. All 3 items were old and not fresh, my coffee tasted like burnt coffee grounds, my doughnut was stale and my hash browns tasted burnt and were cold. This was at 7:30 in the morning. No excuse

How do sell old donuts at 930am. $20 for donuts I have to throw away. I bet these donuts are at least 5 days old and were refrigerated.

My fiancé stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. After ordering the sandwich he requested it be cut in half, in order to make eating it easier while driving. The young lady taking the order immediately, rudely responded, “I can give you a knife!”

We used to love going to this location. Up until this week. I have no idea what has happened different, but the line takes forever now and I usually get my daughter her donuts before school and we couldn’t wait any longer or she would be late. And we leave early to be able to get her breakfast. I hope either the old team can come back or the new employees can learn alongside the OGs because something has got to give. What used to be a delicious food option for us in the mornings has very much declined. And we are very dedicated customers. Maybe you guys need some more help. Bring in the big guns and train people better. Your customers deserve it and your employees do to. Training is everything.

They really hate seeing customers come. It seems like I agitate the cashier every time I walk in their door. I ordered two donuts but one of the white cream powdered sugar I told her please make sure it is not Bavarian but like they always do I got barbarian cream. I even watched her take it out of the white cream bin. There was only about 10 donuts total to choose from this was around 11:00 a.m. ordered a sandwich just was not impressed. How ordered the hash browns I was given five individual little hash browns and they were burned to a crisp. I didn’t even try to get them to redo it … I don’t enjoy myself when I feel like I’m an inconvenience to someone’s day… Try to ask questions about the app but the cashier just kept telling me she didn’t really know much about it. And then kept over talking with us saying is that all I can do for you is that all I can do for you. Just kindly thank you for the donut and left because they had all the chairs blocked where we couldn’t sit down. Will not be back. I’ve given them five times to get it right , five times to get one donut right five times they have not. I give up… I’m going back to Krispy Kreme. Some of the older men out front were disappointed because they couldn’t sit and talk like they used to be able to. Customer service is just not what it used to be anymore people truly just don’t care.
