We were travelling to and from the suburbs to pick up a package from a friend and stopped for food here. They had by far the most exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person. The employees here are the most fantastic humans I have met and were so kind to us yet we reached there right before closing. They offered us so many amenities and asked many times for anything we need out of courtesy. Loved it here and am definitely coming again if I stop by this town again!

Ordered my Mac and cheese with the sauce on the side. Usually I go with the pad Thai and my husband always gets the chicken penne. Delivery is fast and the food is consistently good

Super service. I used to come more often, but the steak stroganoff was taken off the menu, which was my go-to favorite. I had the Pad Tai with parmesan chicken. It was fine but not a great substitute for my stroganoff.

Usually I order lunch elsewhere but instead I chose noodles and company. I placed an order online and walked in to wait for my order. As I was waiting, one of the workers asked what I was waiting for (rudely). I told her my online order and gave her my name. She threw my bag on the table (almost spilling the contents inside) and said this is it. I told her to have a good day.. she quickly turned around and snapped at me saying “sounds like you’re the one who needs to have a better day!”. Appalled, I asked to speak with a manager and she loudly interrupted the conversation. All because I was wishing someone a good day? I left after being disrespected, disappointed in the customer service, and will no longer be order from this establishment. What a shame.

First time in a noodles and company in a few years. The pad Thai was underwhelming, the sauce was watery almost like a soup. The flavor was meh. My wife enjoyed her dish with zucchini noodles but wasn’t overly impressed. Side note I saw the Mac and cheese and that looked pretty good so I might try that whenever I stop back by a noodles and co. The staff were nice and this location was clean so a star for that.

We came here afterwards meet a couple weeks ago and it was just okay at best. The pasta we ordered had mushrooms in it that weren’t cooked and we see that happening often at all the locations not just this one. It seems they throw the vegetables in too late in the cooking process and they don’t get cooked so you’re eating lukewarm pasta with almost raw vegetables, not super appealing.
