This is the first time I’ve went to Google to write a review for Dunkin’. I’ve always loved Dunkin’, but this Dunkin’ in particular is hands-down the best all the way around. I was just in there today and everyone was so friendly and I could tell that they run their orders very efficient. I had my coffee in my hand before I even made it to the other end of the counter to pick up my food, and it was perfect. Then my food came and the hashbrowns were fresh and the grilled cheese with bacon added was made just right. A lot of the other Dunkin’s don’t ever get the cheese melted right it’s like they’re handing you a cold cheese sandwich. So if you ever make it by this Dunkin, their morning shift is on point.

I have came to this location twice in the last two days. For some reason, a medium iced coffee, three milk and two liquid sugar comes out different every single time & not like it’s supposed to. It’s super dark.

I ordered the 12 count of donuts and as i was at the last one, i bite into it and there was 2 long hairs inside the donut, i am sure it isn’t mine because i have a pink dyed bob, i am very disappointed in the lack of food safety.

I arrived at Dunkin D. on 27 with great anticipation of enjoying a good cup of coffee and a bagel. Once there, I met 2 very disinterested employees who appeared to be annoyed with my presence. I was served a Luke warm coffee, bagel was good. When I asked for a coffee stirrer, the young lady looked around and informed me that they had none; to use a straw.I stated Not Good Service, she said there’s only two of us. FUNNY thing was that I was the only customer in the store. NOT a Happy Client. I won’t be visiting this location EVER!!!

I’ve been going here for 2 years. I am no sure what has happened but the last two visits have been horrible. The visit before this one o went in because the drive thru was so backed up. A manager I had never seen was in total panic mode. She was yelling at the employees telling them this is your job. The young man who took my order honestly looked scared to death. When my bagel was ready some woman reached around the corner and threw it in the counter and yelled something. Today this is what I got. I would have taken it back but I was already on the turnpike. When reached in to get the bagel the wrapper was wet I opened it the bottom of the bagel was wet. It was gross. I threw it away. Not sure what has happened but this place is a hot mess. I won’t be back anytime soon.

First let me say that I am a huge Dunkin’ fan but today’s visit was slightly disappointing. All I wanted was hot coffee so first I ordered the Holiday Blend, which they were out of, then I ordered the dark roast, which they were out of, so I ended up with just the regular hot coffee. It was delicious as always but I was hoping to try something different today. Also, the store needed some repairs – lots of chipped paint on the walls and general wear and tear. The seats were comfy though and the employee who helped us was very nice. And I love all the coupons I’m getting these days! I’ll go back but if you’re advertising Holiday Blend, you should have it.
