Layla gives this Dunkin 5 boops. She loves the pup cups. The donuts are also bomb, light and fluffy and loaded with sprinkles. They usually have a big line because it’s a popular spot, you can order ahead on the Dunkin app!

I go to this Dunkin mostly on my way to work at 5:15am and everyone is always friendly and pleasant even though it’s so early! Most recently Cindy took care of me and had such a great attitude and demeanor. My coffee was perfect and sandwich was delicious!

Not happy. Passing through Dunnellon today and was feeling tired and needed to get some caffeine to wake up for my drive home. Asked for a shot of espresso in my iced coffee, and also ordered hashbrowns for my toddler and 2 small wake up wraps because I had not eaten yet today and it was going on 3pm. The espresso shot was not in my coffee and there was no sweetener. Then the hash browns were 4 maybe 5 total in the paper bag not even 1/4 full and they were falling apart and looked like they had been stepped on…And the wake up wraps were burnt to a crisp the cheese was black. What a waste of money and time. I will never stop by this Dunkin again. Not like they care though.

This location served me a stale donut twice in the last week and although I ask for “no flavoring or sweet” every single time in my latte, I often get a drink that has a syrup flavor of some kind and end up discarding the drink. The attendant taking the orders act put out if you ask if they have a particular kind of donut and always seem to be limited to what’s available.

They have gotten my order wrong so many times. But today is why I’ll never go back. I was handed my hot coffee and apparently they didn’t make sure the lid was on tight, so when I went to put it in my cup holder the top popped off, the cup started to collapse, I tried to save it using both hands. Now I have a wet stomach, wet thigh, and 2 hands that hurt.
