Disgusted. Wow, found a FLY in my lukewarm coffee. Yes, first problem with my hot coffee is that it was lukewarm. After drinking a little bit of it, I decided I would add ice to make it into an iced coffee since it was already lukewarm. Well, when I opened the lid, I noticed something floating in my cup. Take a look at the photos – I found a fly floating in my coffee. Needless to say, I’m never going back to this location ever again. From now on, it seems I need to check inside my coffee cup before drinking anything. Disgusting!

Pretty disappointed in this location. Food was cold AND burnt, don’t know how they managed that one. They got my donuts wrong and when it was attempted to be corrected it was still wrong. I also ordered the neat little spider ones for the kids and I’ve had them from other locations, no they were perfect but this was just lazy. Or they’ve never seen what a spider looks like?

I’ve been a customer for years of this DD. In the past several months it’s been…”We have no sour dough for the grilled cheese sandwiches, sorry we don’t have gloves to serve and prepare food, sorry no hot food being prepared this morning!” I’ve waited in line at times for 10-15 minutes then go to order at the menu board and they’re not able to take orders thru the drive thru!!! Either bad management or just plain lack of customer service! After today, I’ll never ever come to this DD. They’ve lost my business and I don’t see how a fast food restaurant can stay in business when they don’t have service!

Staff refused service to a walk in, very unprofessional, management doesn’t seem to address the issues. Thanks to their unprofessional attitude, my kids now extremely upset, he’s only 4 and doesn’t understand why we had to get back in the car in leave. Morning staff needs to be replaced with people with a better attitude, negative stars if I could give them.

Went in on 3/20/23 at 12 pm, and there was no coffee. …Imagine that, dunkin donuts no coffee made!! This is the 2nd time at this is the 2nd time at same location. Manager also has an attitude problem…I’ll never go in again. Lazy people.
