Everything runs on Dunkin yes let’s go ok. This spot has be my family’s spot. Treats for the kids and fresher for me we make good memories hanging out here with the little one. Everyone loves the donuts employees are nice and respectful. Great customer service.

I have been a regular at this dunkin but today was the worst service I have ever had. I ordered my coffee they have made multiple times and it was wrong. I also ordered chocolate frosted donuts and they put them in a bag and by the time I got home the frosting was melted and all over the bag. I live maybe 5 minutes away so there is no reason it should have been like this. I am very disappointed .

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin’ donuts locations I’ve ever been to. A very minimal selection of donuts and they all looked horrible. The one I ordered was stale. I also ordered an iced coffee and it had maybe 10 tiny pieces of ice thrown in a warm room temperature coffee. Absolutely horrible and will never visit this location again.

I used to go to this Dunkin every morning before work and they always had the best customer service! Now it’s awful!! I started in the drive-thru and after waiting in line with only 2 cars ahead of me for almost 6 minutes I pulled out and parked. I walked in and ordered right away-medium iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, and a sesame bagel with cream cheese. I waited 15 minutes for both! I had to ask for my coffee and remind her what it was, gave it back because they forgot the sugar and it still tasted awful. I finally got my bagel and they offered to add more sugar to my coffee but I was already late. Twenty minutes is ridiculous-especially with no apology for the wait, or acknowledgement of their poor service. I’m done with this one…

This store is a joke. Staff always have an attitude. Stopped by today because there was no line. Geeeee. I see why there was no drive through line now. Took 3 minutes for someone to take our order. My husband had to repeat our order multiple times and they still couldn’t get a simple iced coffee order correct. Iced. Carmel. Macchiato. Nothing other the top. Nothing fancy. Multiple times now I have taken two under two inside of Walmart for my coffee fix just to avoid this location because at least they can take and make an order correct on the first time.

Service was slow through the drive thru, so I went inside, where it wasn’t any faster. Server was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed they ran out of both the new chorizo and egg wrap and the chicken and roasted pepper wrap.

This is about my 4th or 5th time coming to this dunkin since moving to the area and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today really convinced me to leave this review because Rosa was amazing! So sweet and just a ray of sunshine. Love this Dunkin!
