One of the young lady working there is rude. After I mentioned my order was wrong, instead of politely offering to fix it she gave me a nasty attitude. I told Im just ordering right from what the screen says. Then she cuts me off and fixes it. She places it down and says absolutely nothing. I would have said thank you but that goes to show she didn’t deserve a thank you. Dunkin Donut do better because nowadays people are losing customer service skills. There was no reason for her to be rude just because I mentioned my order was wrong.

I placed a large order for an event we had at a construction project near by and I was very pleased with the service overall. The owner, Mo was very attentive and professional when I called. Sofia at the register was very nice as well. The order was ready for pickup by 7:00 am as scheduled. Hot & delicious breakfast! Will definitely recommend 100%!!

Take your money to scooters coffee up 92. I promise it’s phenomenal. The girls here are nice that’s the only good thing here, the owner of this Dunkin is a piece of work. Not only did he waste my time with a two hour fast food interview just to hear himself talk, but he offered me a dollar and a half less than I make with years of experience on my belt. So rude.

My order at any coffee shop for years now, including this Dunkin has been a double shot over ice with 6 cream 6 caramel, one random day he insists I must be charged for a large macchiato , but I don’t want a giant glass of milk I just want 6 cream. He could have just professionally upcharged me for cream and swirls which wouldn’t have been an issue at all that happens, but he made a scene to feel macho instead, Never had this issue anywhere. So embarrassing for him. Don’t go here lmao

Usually I absolutely LOVE this store, but today left a TERRIBLE TASTE in my mouth! They were out of large cups okay cool no biggie but you need to substitute it as that’s what my order is. If I pay for something in the app it’s because it shows that the store has it in stock. Refunds need to be a thing. Little mixed girl had the WORST customer service.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeland/Winter Haven area. They have multiple people working, the food tastes fresh and they have it out to you immediately every time. This location needs to help Magnolia Ave bc they are terrible and their food and drinks always taste old. Please help them!!
