I used to shop there all the time- but lately it is a complete disgrace. Service is terrible, the place is dirty, the employees are disrespectful, and it shows they do not want to be there. There is no order, to sense of direction from anyone. I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken, I ordered a coffee and a croissant, not toasted, just a plain croissant in a bag. The girl behind the counter told me to move over that someone else was going to give me the Croissant, so I did, and waited once again. After a good 7 minutes I approached the counter over to the person that was supposed to give me my croissant, only to heard, “ I got to go, I need to make a phone call”—at that moment, I left, and hopefully, never to return again.

I ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts and got 2 chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I hate sprinkles! They ruin the taste and texture of the donut. I can’t believe someone can be this incompetent. Your job is not hard! I ordered in the store, so no communication issues. There was a full rack of chocolate frosted donuts, so no supply issues. Just a stupid employee!! I called to complain so the employee could be help accountable and no one answered…twice! This location sucks. Way to welcome a new resident to the neighborhood! I’m going to another location next time.

Service was absolutely painstaking. I walked in and 2 people were behind the counter and not one acknowledged that I stood there for over 8 minutes. I finally asked “how long will it be until someone will be able to take my order” and the 1 person just looked at me and then the other gentlemen came over and said he was not on duty but “I can take your order now”. Please train staff so they can understand the importance of customer service and just being polite. Please train them to at least acknowledge customers if there needs to be a wait or they are busy. Please train your staff that being polite while working goes a long way.

Just wanted an unsweetened tea in the drive through. What I received was sweet so I parked and took it back inside. She laughed and said it was a 50/50 shot as the containers are not labeled. I didn’t find it funny or acceptable. Always check before you drive away!

I called corporate after visiting there drive thru I was told I would get my money back and the manager would call me to apologize. The manager never called never refunded my money. Drinks were made wrong when I asked Alyssa about it she was rude saying they ain’t got the stuff to make it if it’s a signature drink and you are out of the ingredients ahouldnt you let the customer know when ordering? Then she walked away from the window and another rude male employee with slicked back hair told me to get out of the drive thru, I asked for my money back and tried to give the drinks back he said the is no manager here to give your money back he then said if I didn’t leave the drive thru I would be trespassed. I would never go back to this dunking again. It’s worth it to drive further to the on on 54 the customer service is great there.

Stay away from this place. This Dunkin now charges you for a pup cup. For years, I always stop by to this Dunkin on my way back from the Vet to get a coffee and my dog gets a pup cup. My dog gets super exited when he pull to the drive thru. I keep going to this place because its by the vet office even if they are always out of something. On my order yesterday they were out of butter pecan syrup, the main ingredient for my drink. When I ask for a pup cup the employee told me now they charge for the pup cup. When I asked the employee since when they started to charge for pup cups, he said this store does and other stores he works at don’t charge it. There is some shady stuff going on here. Next vet visit, going to stop by Starbucks, it’s a bit out of my way, but they never charged my for a pup cup when I go there with my dog and they always have all the ingredients available. Good bye Dunkin! You just lost a customer.

The worst store for an evening coffee. They are constantly closing the store in the evenings at different times for “cleaning.” Yet you can see the employees in the window just standing around and fooling around. Many of us waiting for our kids at a neighboring business have stopped getting coffee there. If I have to get in my car to get coffee at a business next door then I will drive elsewhere.

I ordered cold cappuccino with sugar (because for some reason they serve it without sugar ). When I tasted it it was without sugar and waited for someone by the window to come so i can ask for sugar but no one did. Not friendly not even asked me if I needed anything else.
