Coffee and doughnuts were great and fresh. Line moved quickly. Service seemed snotty. I would start to give my order and i would be intereputed by them talking to each other. Lobby was clean and smelled nice.

Horrible experience. A 30 minute wait just to take my order. The guy at the window always looks so miserable. The other staff members have a tendency to treat him poorly when I am waiting on food at the window. Train your people better, 30 minutes for a soggy sandwich and a coffee that tastes burnt.
