Rude. My grandson wanted a egg sandwich and a coffee. I said sure, no no problem, we go in and it takes them quite a while to come over to us cause they’re dealing with the window, the window is always more important. Then we ring out and like all these retail establishments now it gives you the charge and then you have to see this display saying what kind of a tip you should leave. I never seen something so rude in my life. If there’s a tip jar there, I might throw a dollar or two in and if somebody’s doing a good job so this time let me give the girls, not young ladies, a tip, so I hit something, then. My grandson gets his meal and I could hear him clear his day, say thank you to the girl, she didn’t even acknowledge him and I’m like, what is it with people? Why would you work in the service industry? If, you’re miserable. Just stay home with your Mommy and Daddy and crawl under your bed and hide from reality. Yeah, work sucks, but you should make the best of it. And as far as whoever the owner is , if you read this , don’t give the girls a hard time , I mean , no one cares anymore.

Went in to buy two dozen donuts and I was refused by the staff because I wanted just French curlers and Boston cream. They had like 10 French curlers and more than enough Boston cream on shelf and rack on the side but only gave me 3 so I refused to take it.
Question for the management team and to corporate is why I wasn’t able to buy whatever they had in store when I was actually at the store? Some donuts on shelf is sometimes not for sale??

i was having a bad day and ordered dunkin to make myself feel better. i ordered on the app, and they were out of bagels. since i ordered on the app i used my points for the bagel, so i asked if i could sub it out for another reward option of the same value as the bagels and they were very nice and let me do it. it made my day so much better! amazing people at this location!

This location is the worst in Port Orange. Between sitting at the drive-through just to order for five minutes before somebody even acknowledges you to then not even making your coffee correct and when you ask them to we make it, they give you an attitude. All the employees seem so miserable.

Just decided to stop by here and get one of the six dollar meal deals where the lady taking our order wasn’t very pleasant and I did not get what I was expecting. I expected to get a bagel sandwich and ended up getting a croissant and since they didn’t give me a receipt, my bagged meal was sitting there for some time and I didn’t know it was mine. I also couldn’t help but notice somebody put their hands on my bag because they couldn’t tell if it was theirs or not. Definitely won’t be going back here.
When I inquired about the sandwich not being on a bagel, she said that’s the way it came, but I indicated by the picture on the sign they had in the store. It was on a bagel. Explain that to me? They were lucky to get the two stars .

They look at you while waiting on a Togo oder that was ready and infront of me on the counter, I could of reach over and grab it. Waited for like 4 minutes, said 3 times im here for a pickup Noone said anything evern looked at me.
This is how you know they don’t care because it doesn’t change and they never respond on here. Dunkin just doesn’t give a shit

DD has a couple things I love… the Turkey sausage egg & cheese on a croissant, customer service is great, they seem to make me special sandwiches – if you ask… only think I dont like is Dunkin stopped making (Powdered jelly donuts) bummer
