I put in my mobile order for just a coffee and a wrap, I stood there for 13 mins and watched 4 different customers walk in, order, and receive their food and drinks while my ticket sat on the counter not being made. My ticket was the only one on the counter. I didn’t have any more time to sit there and wait for my food not to be made. I didn’t have any more time to sit there and wait for my food not to be made.
