Went to dunkin today to get some breakfast for my vegan partner and myself, I ordered Avocado & Roasted Tomato toast for her and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a Croissant and asked to please include salt and pepper.
I was asked to pull forward and waited 13 minutes, thankfully I left the house early so I wasn’t late for work.
I am posting a picture of what I actually received oh and 9f course no salt and pepper, no apology for the long wait or the wrong order, just a oh well we were out of tomatoes. Maybe that should’ve been said when ordering because what they put on top for a vegan is probably not appropriate. It was good for me though so I ate it. This is absolutely ridiculous to not get one thing correct on a order and have me wait for a long period of time to get the wrong order.

Absolutely horrible place to get coffee or anything to eat. Very rude and obnoxious workers with very bad attitudes. I guess they hire anyone off the streets to come work in this store. I asked for a new coffee because they made it way to dark and got laughed at and taunted thru the drive thru window by a girl who claimed to be the manager.
I made a video of her taunting me in the window but I’d rather not post it and embarrass the immature child even more. Will never come here again and from the looks of every review on here about this place you should not either. Please hire people who actually somewhat care about the job.

Apparently they think this is enough cream cheese for a bagel. I’ll give you a hint, it’s not. This Dunkin is very hit or miss, but it’s usually a miss. Always different staff every time I’ve gone, and if they get your order wrong they’ll argue with you about it instead of just correcting it. It’s hard enough finding people who want to work, so it’s no surprise that the ones they found don’t know how to work correctly.

Awful awful awful. When it first opened it was great. Friendly staff and everything came out fresh and with a smile. I went this morning and a lot of other mornings where i am just baffled by the so called “customer service” coming from that place. The drive thru lady was beyond rude when giving me my food she says “here” and bascially throws the food in your face. I was missing something from my order so i waited and she turned around and gave me a look and i said “i am missing my munchkins” and with the nastiest look she said uh no i gave them to you already and i told her no you didnt. So she sighed and stomped off and put them in a bag and threw those into my car as well. I couldnt believe it. I got a turkey sausage veggie egg white and cheese on a plain bagel, 1 glazed donut and a strawberry frosted donut and a 10 count assorted munckins. While the sandwich was made perfectly i believe who ever is making the donuts is skimping out and im really dissapointed in this company. Next time im going to starbucks.

I went on April 24, 2023. I ordered a medium hot coffee for my mom. When we got to the speaker, a lady said she will be with me in a moment. About 3 minutes later, a guy took our order on the speaker with no enthusiasm. When we got to the window, he (idk his name) was already handing me the coffee before i gave him the payment. The lid wasn’t on the hot coffee all the way so it burned my hand bad & spilled all over my brand new pants. One wear & they’re stained with brown. The cup has coffee spilled all on the side. The guy didn’t apologize, instead he offered me napkins. He sounded like he didn’t want to be at work. He didn’t even say “have a nice day”.

The absolute worst staff I’ve ever encountered. You would think with all of the jobs available out there these girls would find another since they hate their job so much. my 4 dollar cup of oat milk, they seem to have forgotten the coffee in my large iced COFFEE. I stood at the counter getting dirty looks from all the girls for about 5 minutes before I just left the drinks there, they obviously weren’t going to fix it. And if they did lord knows what they’d do to my drink
