i ordered a sandwich and said “no veggies or sauce”, the kid taking my order said “damn really..” to himself. i was gonna let it slide but then when i got to the window to pay, i handed him a coupon (subway is crazy expensive these days dont judge), and this brat threw his hands up in frustration and gave me an attitude. and ON TOP OF THAT he didnt even heat my sandwich up like i asked.

The food tasted okay. I would have liked more veggies on my sandwich but they were wilted and old looking so I skipped them. The store could use some cleaning. Especially the nozzles on the soda machine.

Staff a little cold, but flatbread sandwich was really good. Turkey breast with crispy bacon and cheddar…. i said to “nearly burn the bacon” just to make sure it got done enough for my taste and they got it right first time!

Sierra is a wonderful commodity and addition to have on your team. She was so nice and took her time and extra care when making our sandwiches and was extra patient with my indecisiveness. All the people working were great and helpful! A subway sandwich is pretty much the same wherever you go, but the customer service was great. Cleanest subway I’ve been to in a long time, veggies looked fresh and they weren’t mixed together or messy on the food line.

The two women refused to make fresh fresca. Saying the almost empty container was still fresh. It was 5:00 p.m. and they stated that it had been made at 11:00 a.m.. That’s not fresh to me and they were very disrespectful whispering and talking about me as I was leaving. I won’t return to that subway. They have very bad customer service skills. If anyone’s interested in who the employees were it was 9/15/24 @ 4:55 pm. I went to another Subway and they were happy to help.

Ordered a toasted rotisserie bbq/honey mustard 6″ and soup. Took over 10minutes to get my order and there where no other customers. Checked the bag before leaving and they forgot the soup. When asked was told they forgot about it and didn’t charge me. No worries.
Get home to eat and the sandwhich is burnt from being over toasted. Couldn’t even bite into the sandwhich. Sadly waste of money and a poor experience.

We ordered at the drive thru today and revived the best service! The gentleman taking the order was thorough and attentive, and even made a recommendation as to which sauce to have on a particular sandwich. The sandwiches were made to order and so tasty. We always get great service here, but today was top notch. Thank you!
