Hands down the BEST Dunkin you’ll ever go to! The staff is so friendly and nice! They NEVER mess up my coffee order and let me tell you, that’s a HUGE PLUS! Paul and Christina are amazing and they take the time to get to know their customers! More than half the time I’m there, they know my order for me and it makes me feel extremely special that this team goes out of their way to know their customers and you’ll always leave smiling!

Way overpriced, staff was not very well informed. lack of availability of products and no bulk pricing for dozens of bagels or Donuts. One dozen donuts one dozen bagels $70 absolutely outrageous they were just plain Bagels. The gal who rang us up did not even know the pricing was trying to ring us up for everything individually charged us for cream cheese in the single serves even though as advertised came with cream cheese for a set price manager was not very professional

Drive through for 20 minutes. Get cut off bt the employee while trying to place the order. Many items advertised on board are “not sold here”. After being given half of our order we were told “have a good day”. After pulling up and waiting for the rest of the order, we recieved our second drink but no hash bedrooms and told the same thing again. By the time we received our second set of rubbery hash browns, we were at dunkin for 30 minutes. Later on we see our croissant buns are burnt crisps.

Went at the peak busiest time on a Sunday morning. Even though it took a few minutes which is more than understandable. The food and our drinks were perfect. Better than other Dunkins during non-peak times. And staff was very friendly. Will go again!

The only Dunkin that I have went to that is consistent. My coffee tastes the same every time I’ve been here as it should! Wonderful people working. There was a man at the window yesterday morning when I went and he is a GEM!! I can’t remember his name but he deserves all the raises!

The manager and the staff were all friendly and prompt. My coffee and bagels were made correct and the store was very clean

We went through the drive thru. The person who took our order was evidently having a bad day. The first words she said were, “What can I get you?” In a very monotone voice. They told us they didn’t have chocolate cake donuts….only had chocolate glazed. ♀️ same thing. The order taker for the drive-thru should probably not be working with the public if she can’t at least fake being nice. Customer service is everything if you want return customers.
Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with butter on an everything bagel and received an everything bagel with butter only, so I had to go back in to have them correct the order. That kind of defeated the purpose of going through the drive thru.

Went there two days in a row and waited 20 min past the opening time and left because they were not opening the store/ taking orders. The manager is awful, the only time I’ll go is when paul and crickett are there, they’re fast and efficient. It seems every time the manager opens they are never open on time. Been told numerous times they have no coffee, and typical wait time is atleast 10-15 min in the drive thru (not even busy). Thank you paul and crickett for keeping that place afloat!!!

The lady helping me at the speaker in drive thru was great! The boy at the drive through window was unpleasant. He didn’t say a word to me and then just started at me and said huh? It’s sad to think that a business this great has to pay him probably $10 per hour.
