It seems it is mandatory to order from the kiosk and not the front counter even though the cash register are still in place. Not very happy with the service, I was in this same Taco Bell last week and order and pay at the counter but this time I was told I couldn’t because the system will get the order wrong at the front counter. When I ask for the number for corporate the manager showed up, I asked her for the number for corporate and she said there wasn’t one available. I went online and found the number and when I called it to place a complaint the rude lady on the phone starting screaming and when I reciprocate it the same she hung up on me. I received a call from the same manager from the Taco Bell and I asked how can I help you, she said you file a complaint and it comes back to me and I have to call you and the call ended. I guess the lady that hung up on me gave her my number even though my complaint was not heard. Just horrible experience.

I usually order a cravings box and switch the options available. Only thing they did not have is the iced coffee. They said the machine was broken. I know sometimes they just lie about things like that or they just don’t want to make it. Anyway I came here at a good time and it was fairly quiet here.
