I order my coffee the same way every time, and it’s hit or miss if it’s good or not. Hot coffee, 2 cream, 2 Splenda. Some days it tastes like hot water, other days it’s sugary syrup. I guess it depends who’s making the coffee. Also, the lobby closes at 5 pm and I’ve gone in at 4:00 before to sit down and have a donut with my daughter after school and multiple times I have been made to feel like I’m imposing so I didn’t appreciate that. They already have the chairs stacked on the tables yet they’re open another hour.

I am from Boston, so finding a good Dunks experience in the rest of the country can be tough. This place was awesome. Wesley perfectly made my coffee and delivered it with a smile. The donuts were fresh and well stocked. The entire place was clean and inviting. Highly recommend this Dunkin location

I have to come inside after they gave us a frozen in the middle red pepper grilled cheese sandwich, and for what seems to be a simple order they took longer than expected. I was surprised by the conditions of the salon I understand this location is really busy but take somebody who really care to at least clean up the counter and donuts and on the open if this is how they got the overall areas other than drink I won’t ask for any food.

Stopped in at 9am before our sales meeting today. I went inside and got an assorted dozen. The line went really quick and the doughnuts were extremely fresh. They were so good I forgot to snap a before picture before we almost ate all of them!

Not to happy with the poorly made cup of hot coffee that fell apart on me on my way in to work and the 2 donuts I got were melted and mixed together because of how they were placed in the bag. Not a great start to my day. Not a happy customer.

I ordered online and came to get my stuff but the guy didn’t serve the entire order so I had to wait and told him that I was still waiting for my order because he didn’t even notice he wasn’t finished. I think he was new because he wasn’t so sure how to take online orders.

I visited this establishment at 5:30 AM. The bathroom was filthy and the coffee was disgusting. I asked for my bagel to be double toasted, and they gave me a bagel that tasted like rubber.
