Very kind and courteous staff and they make a wonderful to perfection Vanilla Iced Coffee however after visiting there this morning and ordering plain bagel cream cheese minis the inside wasn’t done and on the verge of almost frozen and the bagel itself was very soft when usually golden brown and a crisp to them.

Our first time here, we went inside to hopefully have things go smoothly. Everything on the receipt was correct, but the order itself came out incomplete. We ordered two orders of bagel bites and two orders of hash browns. We had gotten our bag of food almost immediately. A guy went to hand out bagel bites and we thought they were ours so when we went to grab them, he assured us we had gotten both and handed them to another customer. Upon looking through the bag in the car, we realized that we had received only one order of bagel bites and three orders of hash browns rather than two of each like we had ordered. We weren’t too upset. The three caramel iced coffees we had ordered were all different shades and inconsistent with sugar and cream. Mixups aside, it was good! The food all tasted great as well as the donuts which were pretty fresh for it being after noon. After all, I feel this is a great addition to Clarkesville and I’m looking forward to the opening of Cornelia’s location.

We had 6 people in our party. They took the first 4 people’s orders and checked them out. Then both employees proceeded to go to the back room and not return. There were 8 other people in the restaurant. Everyone was frustrated, and no one was getting served.

Came thru the drive thru this morning only one car at the window ,sat at the order board for almost 5 min without any response from inside. Sat there for another 5 min and pulled off. As I was coming around saw a girl hanging out the window almost in the car at the window. Employees where coming out the back door by there order board going in and out so we know there was more than just one person there. Service sucked .

Donuts tasted stale and filled donuts had very little filling. Price is not in line with area, almost double of local competitors and not half as good. I was very disappointed in selection. Service was fine, employee deserves five star. Low rating of three only applies to food quality and quantity of selection.

After several visits to purchase donuts, I am very disappointed in the quality of their food. All the items I purchased were very dry and lacked any freshness even when purchased in the morning. Filled donuts had very little filling and had to be heated up in a microwave to be soft enough to eat. I would also like to add that I have been a long time fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, and looked forward for the last 38 years for the day a location would be in this county. So far I have been very disappointed in their quality and lack of selection. I plan on visiting the new location a few miles away soon. The newest location is not shared with an ice cream store. It is also located next to the interstate, so I am hoping the food items are fresher.
