came in and wasn’t spoken to as the two ladies at the register were having a conversation that i guess was more important? ordered a matcha latte and it wasnt blended so i asked for them to reblend it as i was getting chunks of matcha powder every sip, the photo is after asking for it to be blended better a second time. tried to ask for a refund for the drink and was just given another “blended” matcha. they also charge $1.50 for oat milk….. i can buy and entire quart for $4. ridiculous. save your money. awful customer service

This Dunkin’ has a big dine in area. Great staff in the morning. My only concern is the tables aren’t wiped off. Either the customers or the staff don’t care about leftover crumbs. I understand it’s a dynamic fast food chain that mostly serves drive-thru but can I dine in? Other than that, it’s all good.

This Dunkin has turned me into a Starbucks guy. They are consistently inconsistent. Donuts are always stale. I have ordered lattes that were just hot coffee with syrup. They’re either too lazy to do it right or simply do not know how to do their jobs. The cold brews are regularly awful, this morning mine was made with tea and not coffee. I was also waiting for my two drinks, one was on the counter but looked like tea. I was told that was mine and the woman picked it up and slammed it down to tell me it was mine. Ended up being tea with syrups. Dunks has become the worst place to get coffee or breakfast foods. This is the first negative review I have written so I hope that there’s some push for improvement at this location specifically. Dunks all around is just inconsistent everywhere. Starbucks on the other hand has checked every box since I started getting my coffee there a few weeks ago. Customer service, fresh coffee, and the drinks are consistently made correctly. I tried to give my dunks another shot today but unfortunately it ended up being the last nail in the coffin.

Gone here for years. It seems that this place has new ownership. They have consistently screwed up simple orders. Id like a coffee with cream no suger, they confirm verbally yet continue to mess up order. It seems they get that correct 50 percent of the time. So they fail in my book. The latest is the price hike. Lol I will never go back.

I ordered a strawberry shake but I got a glass of milk with half a shot of strawberry ice cream. The milk didn’t even turn pink…straight milk! But the cashier was super friendly!

Bagel and hash browns were burnt. They threw the hash browns in the bag without packaging. Cold brew tasted like regular iced coffee. (I get cold brew almost daily from DD or SB, I know the difference)

Customer service is a foreign concept here. I paid for an extra shot that I did not receive. No customers in store or online and it took 10 mins for a simple sandwich. The staff were rude and unfriendly.

I’ve only been in the once, but the staff was excellent. They managed to juggle all that was going on and still move seamlessly to assist everyone there.
