I purchased a dozen donuts from this location. After myself and my staff ate some of donuts, we realized they were full of mold. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I left work early as I felt sick. I went in the the location and bought the mold filled donuts. The staff honestly were inexperienced and not much help. DO NOT put your health at risk purchasing anything from this establishment.

If I could pay money to give this location negative stars, I would. I’ve come to realize that Dunkin locations have about a 50/50 shot of getting my order right, but this location is much closer to a 10% accuracy rating. They get my drink order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and I just order the plain frozen coffee! Today my drink looked way too light so I asked the associate if it was correct and they assured me that it was. It tasted wrong so I went back through the drive-thru and learned that they were out of frozen syrup so they substituted with espresso syrup!? First of all, they should tell a customer if they’re going to substitute the ingredients of a drink before they make it ESPECIALLY if the substitution has a higher caffeine content. Second, they shouldn’t be telling customers that they’re getting a specific drink from the menu if they’re having to make substitutions to try and recreate it since they’re out of the real product. They offered a free replacement drink so I asked for an iced coffee – which was leaking down all sides of the cup with no napkins offered. I’ve already talked to the owner of this location but I will keep reporting them until they serve the franchise-standard quality that should be the bare minimum.

Food is a hit or a miss, but it’s next door to our office, so convenient for a caffeine and/or breakfast fix. Customer service is less than ideal, they can’t even muster up a good morning or a hello most days. Mobile app for this location is always doing something janky; came in this morning, because I tried too place an order before walking over and it apparently the order didn’t go through, but it charged me 5 times and took my reward points. Walked over there to get issue resolved and same greeting as always (none) and new management or whatever didn’t resolve anything, just handed me off to the call center. I’ll be getting my Dunkin’s off Wade Green from now on, because my kindness has run out with them. Lol.

Was very disappointed in my experience this morning. There were 4 young ladies behind the counter that did absolutely nothing but talk to each other the enitre time I was there. The only one doing any type of work was handling the drive thru orders, as well as preparing all the orders. This lazy crew is the epitome of the young American workforce today. It’s a sad state we’re in.

Placed a mobile order for pick up for hot sandwiches and doughnuts. They completely forgot to fill the bakery order so I waited at the counter for someone to help me (I had to finally had to call out Helloooo?). Then I realize they don’t have the bakery items in stock (munchkins? Powdered doughnuts, WTH?) Ask nicely for a refund—met with a curt “we don’t refund in mobile orders, call the customer service number.” As I was walking out, the young lady said “Have a nice day!” and obviously not in a genuine way. The two sandwiches I DID get were inedible. How do you turn a toasted English muffin to a squishy mess? Unfortunately, I’m not able to express my concerns anymore because I’m a middle-aged female and don’t want to be portrayed as a Karen on someone’s TikTok (But Jiles Rd. DUNKIN, ya SUCK!

This is the worst run location on the planet!!!! They are always out of everything! The manager who works early mornings is so rude. Ordering food is comical and so gross. The grilled cheese wasn’t toasted on one side and the cheese was just slapped in the middle ice cold! The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I made an online order and went to pick it up only to be told they couldn’t fulfill the order because they were out of glaze!!! Imagine being an eatery where all you sell is basically donuts and you can’t even do that right!??? I was told to contact customer service for a refund since the order was done through the app. I did just that and customer service told me they have received multiple complaints about this location and I was given the wrong information. They should have refunded my order themselves. I was told the store manager would be contacting me. Needless to say, two weeks went by and no one bothered to contact me and I never received a refund for my order that was paid for but did not receive. I will avoid this location like the plague. Sad that they are located in a great area near schools and the biggest master planned community in the state. They really don’t deserve such a popular placement. I wish they would get new management but that is wishful thinking. Don’t waste your time! This place has gone down hill with no promises of return!
