Extremely slow and disorganized. Ignore dine in orders in favor of the drive through. What ever you do don’t use the self order kiosk as when the do final take inside orders they will over look your already placed order. Just go to the other dunkin like 5 mins down the road they are way better.

Used to love this location when they first opened. But now they’re horrible. I know fast food restaurants are getting hit ever since the pandemic so I try to keep that in mind when ordering but the morning crew at this location just doesn’t pay attention. Three times this week they have fixed my coffee wrong and have handed me a day old burnt looking muffin ♀️. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s closer but they’re slower than those location. I won’t be back and seems like I now have to begin making coffee at home if I want it right.

Friendly staff and accurate order fulfillment. This location is a good one. I will say the parkinglot/drive thru layout is annoying and can be an issue during busy hours, but there’s not much you can do about that.

Went inside the store since the drive thru is always backed up. Got our coffee right away but waited about 20 minutes before asking about the bagel we ordered. Ten minutes later we still don’t have it. If you’re going to come here, use the app.

At least 6 employees behind the counter with 2 just standing around talking to another girl who they clearly new hanging around the counter (she wasn’t an employee) while the line inside was waiting to be taken care of. Finally ordered and it was wrong. If you’re on the clock it’s not time to hang out talking while you have customers.

Everytime I get a midnight coffee, it’s Luke warm. Its not made the way i ask. When I get another kind it’s made the way I want it and always hot?? And all the donuts gotten smaller and the prices went up, like everyone else.
