Now, I know why we haven’t been to this KFC for 5 years. Service and food is bad. Decided to try new sandwich we had see advertised on TV all day. We had to wait 20 minutes after we ordered. Said they had to “heat up the grease”. And, they left off the bacon. The sandwiches hardly had any of the special BBQ sauce on them. It was a huge disappointment after seeing the commercials on TV all day. Our frys were very soggy and loaded with grease.

I have ordered a chicken sandwich from KFC before and it was good. I’m not sure what’s going on 8/29/21 but it doesn’t taste good at all. Maybe they changed to sauce which I thought use to be Mayo. Not again.

KFC sucks now, they have no $5 meals anymore, no $20 fill up, no $30 fill up, and like the cheapest combo you can get is like eight bucks. When you get your food something out of it will be old like cooked earlier and been under heat lamp for like ever. And I usually love KFC but they kind of suck right now. Employees are nice but their food and (no deals) suck
