Several of my visits here were ruined by laughing, horse-playing people snd it was reflected in the service. On my last visit, Sat, November 8 around 5:30pm me and my sister, who is a regular morning customer ordered a med Carmel frappe and med Coke at the drive-thru. When a young man who was working the windows handed my sister her frappe, one side of the cup was covered in Carmel which also covered her hand and made a mess of her and her steering wheel. With all of the goofing off, and limited English that is spoken at this location I can’t help but to wonder if this was done deliberately for a laugh that they could share. There should be at least one RESPONSIBLE ADULT on duty at all times with each shift to help put an end to the buffoonery there.

Online order showed that the Happy Meal toy (Hello Kitty x TMNT) was available. Got there and ordered the Happy Meal and was given a different toy, the McDonald’s sports one from a few months ago. You should’ve just showed that it wasn’t available, like all the other McDonald’s do. Also, I ordered no salt on the fries and they gave me fries with salt that were also soggy. The only thing keeping me from giving this place 1-star was that the soda machine is still in the dining room for refills.

This is a franchise and charges more on products than corporate owned in same area. ie a hit medium latte w an extra shot was almost $8! Corporate owned in a more expensive marin county location is half the price ($4.19!) shameful

I I live close to this location. I go there often for breakfast. My order is always the same bacon, egg and cheese. Mike griddle, hot caramel macchiato medium. Every time they give me an ice caramel macchiato the last four times. I’ve been there, even though I specify hot. I usually take it today. I asked him to please make it hot. There was no one else in the line and they made me pull over and park and wait I had to walk back up to the window to ask for my drink. It was sitting on the counter. I told the gentleman. I’m sorry, but I did ask for it. Hot. Thanks for remaking it. I do speak fluent Spanish as well. However, I was speaking to him in English, the lady working there behind him. Said what did she say in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand and then started calling me, Rachel slurs, and I really don’t appreciate it.

Worst mcdonands i have ever been to, this location is close to my house so I have been a multiple time returning customer, these past few visits has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a mcdonands. From forgetting items my orders to very unpleasant smells (sewage) in the building. Also very unpleasant and rude staff. Seems like they like to talk to each other then interact with customers. I also have seen staff make personal food while our food is taking longer to come out.

Order online. Get to store and stand at the counter waiting for someone to.notice me. They all work with their backs to you. Someone finally.comes out and goes to the register to take the order of another party as I stand there like an idiot. Go to get my soda and the garbage is overflowing on to the counter. Maybe a little less chit chat and focus on the customer would be appreciated. Won’t come back to this one again. I hope you all enjoyed your oranges that gained more attention than customers

Went to McDonald’s for my usual budget lunch. They usually never let me down, but this one is a big flop. Took a bite out of my nugget and only to find the chicken nuggets aren’t cooked enough or not enough breading. Very disappointing.

Worse Mc Donald’s I ever enter! The employees are rude, and start speaking Spanish between them, luckily I also do. I made my order and I order 4 ranch sauce, the machine didn’t charge me, and it’s not my fault, the employee told me I have to pay for extra sauce, I gave her the money, and she said I can’t pay with $100 bill, but in the register didn’t have any sign!!!!!! And she walked away, leaving me talking by myself! So rude!!!!!!

Service with an attitude. We ordered two cheeseburger meals. We checked our order before we left.. Clerk didn’t give us an order of fries; she didn’t believe us… we had to show her…clerk also upcharged us for large drinks that we didn’t ask for. AND didn’t apologize.
