Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Sorry, they were so good we ate half before the pics. Delivery was fast and the driver was polite and friendly. We’ll order again!

Wow. What a low class establishment. I walked in to pick up my order which wasn’t ready at the time stated. No problem. While I was waiting, a young kid came in to ask for a job, the old female working there sent him to the website and then proceeded to rip him apart with her staff after he left.

Then they turned around to say I (Benjamin) was there to pickup and proceeded to mock the notes on my pizza order, asking for a crispy pizza not burnt. I only ask this because in NYC I have 7 pizzerias, and crispy, well done, etc. means different things to different people cooking. Occasionally a crispy note will get you a well done pizza.

I don’t know how careless or just ill mannered you have to be to mock someone 6 feet away from you when you know that they’re there, but the fact that this happened was insane. And the fact that it seemed to be the senior most and oldest man and women managing the venue leading this assail of low-class, bad character was wild. I don’t care if this pizza is the best I’ve ever had, they should be ashamed to identify as a hospitality establishment, since there is clearly no hospitality to be found here. Shameful display.

Otto is great for quick in and out pizza. You can order by the slice and they reheat it. The drink selection is limited. I ordered the pepperoni pizza which was good. My only issue was that it was not left in the over long enough and had some cool spots. However, the sauce was decent. Servers were friendly.

I come to this store every day for lunch. Well on this date 1/19/26. I came in and got my normal couple of slices and soda, well when i was waiting this colored family came in and this younger man scruffy facial hair was making jokes after they left with the older women. l take must be in charge of the place or must at least be some kind of management since shes there a-lot of the times i have notice this other gentleman. who’s there all the time which is always sitting there at the bar on a laptop telling others what to do so he might be a manger as well either way l do not believe this kind of behavior is or should be allowed. If he was my employee he would be fired for calling them a bunch of Oreo cookies since the children was white and black just as the mother and father were.

Last two times we ordered delivery it was no call no show. They use a 3rd party service which apparently is terrible. They don’t illustrate that in the website and never call to say if they have a driver coming or not. Waited over 60 minutes both times and had to call to get any info which they basically don’t have since delivery isn’t handled by them. There should be a warning about this or they shouldn’t offer it at all. I emailed them to let them know and they said they appreciated the feedback. . Can’t risk this with kids and bedtimes. Lost my delivery business.

Excellent pizza. Had the pepperoni with mushrooms. Singles crust. Had a nice garlicky flavor to the crust. Many locations in the surrounding Portland ME area.

I was loyal to the Gorham Otto’s but it’s been closed now for months – these folks on Read Street consistently take an extra 5-10 mins to make my pie but it’s pretty decent quality and consistently better than any of the other guys who have chains in the area. Price is creeping up but it’s fair given the market

Absolutely disgusting experience at Otto Pizza on Reed Street. While waiting for my pizza, I witnessed one of the young employees making a salad — and I honestly couldn’t believe what I saw. With gloves on, he was cutting vegetables and literally taking a bite of each item he put into the customer’s salad. He bit into a piece of lettuce, then a green pepper, then a tomato — all without hesitation, right in front of everyone, and with the same gloves he was using to prepare the food.

As if that wasn’t revolting enough, I then watched him scoop salad dressing out of what looked like a massive vat of dressing just sitting at room temperature. No refrigeration, no ice, just a big tub of warm dressing being spooned onto salads.

When he finished preparing the salads, he handed them to the customer and immediately picked up the phone to take an order — still wearing the exact same gloves he had just used to touch food and eat with.

Completely unacceptable. The hygiene here is beyond horrifying, and honestly, it made me lose my appetite for the pizza I was waiting for. Health inspectors should be all over this place.

My husband said “wow” 15 times while eating the pizza. A few “god” and “f”s were also thrown in.
The best thin crust pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings are so fresh and the slices are the perfect size. Throw in meatballs as an app and a salad to start and you have the perfect meal. The ranch is stellar.
Top notch service and great taps to boot makes me wish I could give this place more stars.

When it comes to allergies, they go above and beyond to ensure your safety. The service is insanely good. And the vegan pizza was incredible! Definitely go here! Reminds me of Two Boots from NYC.
