Woman gave me an attitude after I requested my drink be remade. Acted like I didn’t know what I was ordering. They earned one star back bc the manager was nice and remade my drink. Unfortunately it didn’t taste any better. Just drive the couple extra miles to the one in peoples plaza.

Beware of making online orders. If they don’t have the stuff your order, they will not give you a refund! I ordered donuts, they didn’t have any and I’ve been fighting for a week to get my refund! The in store associates claim they don’t do refunds and customer support has given me the run around and keep lying saying they are putting my claim into the system but they are NOT!! Horrible service!! I never go to Dunkin and sure won’t ever go back again!!!!

The atmosphere is not like what it used to be. I wish I could give zero stars. The workers are not in their uniforms and only few have their hats on. You never know who’s working or not working. They’re always playing on the phone and giving out wrong orders. Better fix the people that are working there. I used to like coming a lot there but I will never come back there again.

How can you run a business without food? No donuts, munchkins, or muffins. Then they treat the guests with attitude . Don’t worry, I won’t be back.

Only 3 stars because they never open their lobby.. stood outside for 20 minutes once, along with 4 other people, to pick up a mobile. Doors were locked and line was 20 cars deep. Don’t order through the app and expect to pick it up inside of you go in AM. They even came to the door and told us we can’t come in. Eventually she brought us out or orders, but damn… If you don’t want people waking in to pick up – then take that option away on mobile ordering.

I’m a registered nurse. I’ve dealt with mostly wonderful patients, but every once in a while our floor had a patient who was degrading and mean spirited to the entire staff. I always kept in mind that that person was sick and that perhaps they were getting some sort of relief by being offensive to the staff and that they deserved the best possible care we could provide. Today, there was a very long line at the Dunkin drive-through so I went inside to get a medium coffee. I got behind a woman who was in line at the cash register. Apparently, there is a different cash register for customers who prepay for their food and drinks as opposed to someone like me, who was ordering and paying inside the building. A very nice, rather tall, bearded gentleman directed me to another register and he took my order there. I paid for my coffee and put the change in the tip jar. After a few minutes a heavy set older woman placed a coffee on the counter and she started to walk away. I wasn’t sure if the coffee was mine or another customer’s, so I said, “Hi. Is this coffee mine?” She turned around and answered me by saying, “It’s not mine” and again walked away. Maybe she’s ill, mentally or otherwise, and that’s why she was smarmy. Perhaps it made her feel good. Whatever her issue is, the tall gentleman immediately apologized for her behavior. That said, the coffee was very tasty, hot and made exactly like I asked. The store was very clean. I’ll most likely give a better rating when I return to this Dunkin’ because I’ll make sure the off putting employee is not there before I enter.

This location often will allow you to place an order for walk in forcing you to wait in the mile long line or loose your money on the order you put through either corporate needs to help these people out or they need to up the pay to get some people to work there because every other morning this is happening

The best ice coffee comes from the DD. It’s always perfect to my other extra caramel (5 caramel swirl) 6 Splenda and 4 cream! Always perfect! Only down part is they always run out of the Angel haired doughnut by 630 and the hash browns only have 6 small round bites in a order, they could give you at least 8 for your money’s worth. But other than that it’s great.

I feel like the food quality of this place has gone downhill.. I think all of the local DD employees from this area should go to the one in Kennet Square and take notes.

I love the coffee but there be days that they won’t take my pick up order through the drive thru order on the app. So I go to other Dunkin’s. Today I picked up my order through the drive thru and got laughed at and looked up and down. That’s honestly disrespectful. So truthfully I ain’t ordering from this store again.
