I specifically ask for a large meal which should have given me a large drink then I had to ask for sweet sauce for my pulled pork sandwich they gave me barbecue.

Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I’m fat and shouldn’t be asking for a large.

After 5 years or more I decided to give Arbys a try since I saw their Cheesesteak and Gyro sandwich’s introduced. I actually passed on ordering Chk Flt with my wife since it was next door. Compared to CF which was 20 minutes in drive thru, Arbys was fast at 5 and friendly. My cheesesteak and curly fries however were a huge letdown to say the best. First the sandwich was soggy and smashed. The meat was minimal pic makes it look like a ton but was spread out to show inside, as were the overcooked slivers of onion/peppers. The cheese tho was what destroyed it. I love whiz but this was soapy and waxy at the same time. I made it halfway and gave up. At 7.50 it was a waste. The fries started out ok as what became my main meal at $4 for a medium fries but also failed me halfway. They clearly scraped the bottom of the pan to try to make it a medium size. This was all at about 6:15 pm so freshness should have been at its peak so no late nite excuse for poor quality. It’ll be hard to convince me to try again in the next 5 years.

September 2017. I signed up for email specials on-line a few years ago and this latest visit included a FREE small drink and small fries with a purchase of any Bourbon BBQ sandwich. I chose the Triple Stack (steak, brisket and turkey) which cost about $8. This restaurant is always reasonably clean (even during weekday lunch-time rushes) and the staff has always been friendly and personable. My drive thru experiences have always been reasonable or fast. The building is due for a remodel. The restroom has always been clean.
WARNING: The Mountain of Meat sandwich is enough food for 2 or 3 adults! $10 plus tax.

All the other fast food restaurants in Carson City should just go ahead and close their doors because Arby’s nailed it fish chicken steak burgers good customer service clean atmosphere the steak bites are more like brisket bites delicious the staff work super hard to get my food out real fast apple pie milkshake fire
