Waited 20 minutes for two breakfast tacos. When asked what i was waiting for they had no clue i even ordered them so i had to wait even longer for them to make them. The employee threw my bag on the counter which i thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. The tacos were inedible and basically wasted 7 dollars. They will not be receiving my business anymore.

I go to this Dunkin on weekends to get iced coffee through the drive thru, usually its about the best dunkin I go to except for today, I did a mobile order while in Sam’s club parking lot, then got to Dunkin like 2 minutes later, when the guy handed me my “iced coffee” it had no ice in it, he said oh it must have melted. How could it have melted when it only took me 2 minutes to get it. So he gave me a cup of ice to but in it, I had to drink warm iced coffee in order to fit the ice into the cup!!. Oh yeah and it was suppose to have 4 splenda but tasted like it only had 1.

Absolutely worst Dunkiń I’ve ever been to. Line of 20+ cars spilling full force into the Sam’s Club parking lot blocking cars from using the street. So I go inside to order. Wait 20 min order with only one person in front of me. By the time I order people are lined up outside the door trying to order and others filling the dining room waiting for an order. Then the person placing the orders for pickup isn’t using her words so people know their order was ready and to come get it. Fix your issues before everyone starts going to Delmar.

Giving two stars is generous. I love this Dunkin and the one pleasant lady who makes my coffee sometimes. But I am tired of the attitude the Spanish lady in the kitchen has. She’s always got a dirty look on her face and she’s always just throwing the bags up on the counter with no regards to peoples orders. I am also tired of walking in and having to stand there and wait till the 3 people standing around finish up their conversation. Today my boyfriend drove all the way home and I had to drive back because they forgot my creamer…. my creamer for ice coffee…… Someone needs to do a training revamp in customer service because this is not it. I’ve spent well over 4 years in customer service and about 2 years in management there is a way you serve and talk to people. Very disappointed in this location AGAIN.

usually i love going to dunkin, but this morning, Monday, Dec. 19, ‘22. i went and the person taking my order had a bad attitude and i felt rushed. when i got to the window. they forgot to give me my coffee, and when i got my coffee, i had asked for extra caramel and it was terribly made. it tasted like they didn’t put any flavor in it at all. i always get this drink! definitely a waste of $5 ☹️
