The pizza and breadsticks were cold and dry. I went to go pick up my mini personal pan pizzas and I asked for double pepperoni. When I got home I opened the box up and it was clearly not double pepperoni and they charged me the price of double pepperoni. Never will I visit this location again. Sadly, the place looked severely understaffed. They make you pick up your order at the window and you can’t walk in to the storefront.

Ty helped me tonight and he was incredible! A+ customer service. I originally wanted a my hut box personal pizza but the store was out of them. The experience was terrible. Our food was overcooked and the bread sticks had no butter or the seasoning. A waste of money entirely. I tried to called the store 4 times and no one picked up. Horrible customer service!!! I will never eat here again and who ever does is better off going some place else!

Don’t go here. I went through the drive through and the guy charged my card a 20% tip without me knowing. I’ve called the customer service no one can help me and I gave a cash tip also. I talked to a live agent and that’s supposed to take 1-3 business days

The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors in every bite. The crust was wonderfully crisp and held up well to the toppings, creating a delightful texture. I was especially impressed with the fresh ingredients, which tasted like they had been carefully selected. This is the best Pizza Hut! I order here frequently and the food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. The staff is friendly and I’ve never had any issues. This is the only nice Pizza Hut left in the area! I’ve tried five other locations and have always been disappointed but have never been let down at this location.

I’m sure this pizza was a little better when it was fresh, 45 minutes before it was delivered; but it’s still not really “cupped pepperoni and extra cheese.” Tastes like a “got to the party late pizza.”
