They like to throw extra charges on your receipt so I go out my way to other locations for the same drink. Also they will try to throw regular bacon in the bag when you order snacking bacon.

You spend $4 dollars on snackin bacon and they barely give you anything in that tiny bag. They told me that it’s suppose to have 8 pieces of bacon, but they take 1complete piece of bacon and split it in couple half’s and count that. Complete rip off. I’ve been to other locations that give you more than that.

After being disrespected by Patel, I asked to speak to a manager to be told “there are no managers at this store”, so I asked when they be in next to be told flatly “no”. This is the best customer service of any Dunkin I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. Even though sometimes lines are long, it goes fast because staff is so good. Not only do they keep it moving, they are so friendly, polite, and helpful in every way. They aren’t perfect and have made a couple of mistakes, but I just look over it since overall it is such a pleasure doing business here.

This location is awesome! They know our orders when we don’t pre-order on our phones. If we order for drive through and walk in, the drinks are ready to go! Always nicely decorated for the holiday/season. Very clean. You can tell they take pride in their location!
