My favorite Dunkin’! My order is always correct, most of the time they know what I want as soon as they hear my voice which is really cool, definitely a cut above. The manager helped me to figure out the closest thing to a Dunkachino since they no long carry this drink. Super friendly staff, no issues.

The girl in the drive through is literally the worst! One day she got smart with me about a reward on the app. Today she wouldn’t scan the rewards again because the coffee didn’t come off. After she handed me my last coffee she disappeared so I couldn’t even ask her how much she hated her job. She’s rude, and I will drive the extra 1.5 miles from now on to go see banana man.

BEWARE! MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CREDIT CARD BACK!!!! My spouse and I went thru the drive thru yesterday… Paid $5 in gift card and $17 on our credit card. As we were in a rush yesterday and waiting in line for 10 mins already… they handed us our receipt and no cards back. (yes our fault for not double checking but still majority of Dunkin’s fault) Went in today to get the card as we realized this is the last place we used it, and they had 3 other credit cards!!! This is obviously not the first time they have not handed back a card!!! & No apologies… nothing. They made us give our name on the card and just handed it over without saying a word. GUILTY?!

Everytime i order food its over cooked the hashbrowns are always burnt my most recent visit I used a $2 medium iced coffee in the app but was still charged full price the attendee was rude and as i explained to her i had a coupon she did not honor it and still made me pay the full amount for this coffee its always something everytime i come to this dunkin the purchase doesnt even show in my app transactions and she saying there is a glitch in her system which is completely unacceptable

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst place I’ve ever been to!! I came inside the store & no one was there but me & one worker. I was ignored for 10 mins while the worker was on the phone. I yelled out “hello” & asked her a question, she then walks away & gets the drive thru their order. I asked her if she was going to take my order since I waited & was there before the drive thru customer came, she told me to wait so I said okay & asked her what her name was. She then asked me why I needed her name & I asked her if she had a name tag. She processed to ignore me. I was so frustrated & walked out. She had black hair with blonde stripes on her hair. I’ve never had an issue going to a Dunkin Dounts before but today I did. I couldn’t believe how awful that customer service was.

The people employed here give this place its bad reputation for me. They never get the full order correct. Food is always overcooked. Takes forever to get food. Customer service is even worse the women there don’t understand full English and get a attitude about it. Thanks

If only I could give 0 stars .. honestly it might be some good co workers but the one I ran into tonight ( some Spanish young lady ) was disrespectful.. i mean horrible customer service . If I’m paying this much for a simple ice coffee I expect it to be to my liking so why give attitude if I kindly ask could you add sugar to it . I do that she gave it to me was still nasty , taste old with no flavor so an Indian lady and the Spanish lady were laughing and just ignoring me while I was sitting in the drive thru until the guy noticed and I said can u pls just remake my drink and he did ! It was so much better mind you this happened 03/07/23 around the evening time that stuff is just horrible ugh ..

This place has literally gone down hill in the past few months. It used to be on point but now, it’s complete garbage. My order is never made correctly. It’s not like I’m asking for The 4 Seasons to make my coffee. I feel like they get too busy and they can’t handle it. They mess up a lot of orders and I’ve seen people literally cussing in their car as they pull away because their order isn’t right. I’m tired of spending $10 a day on coffee that isn’t done correctly. It’s time for me to take my money talents somewhere else..
