I placed an order on the Dunkin’ app, but it went through three times by mistake. I immediately called the store to cancel two of them, and they told me they were out of the product I ordered anyway — so I asked them to cancel all three and issue a refund. They said they couldn’t do that and that I had to contact corporate.
I’ve now called corporate at least 10 times over the course of a few weeks, and each time I’m told the refund has to come from the franchise owner. The franchise has never called me back, and I still haven’t received a refund.
So, I’m out over $100, never received a single item, and no one has taken responsibility. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience — I expected much better from Dunkin’.

I’ve been going to the back river neck location for years and as the years go on there getting worse how 3 out of 4 days they get my orders wrong. I ask for white cheddar and instead I get no breakfast once again cuz it’s yellow cheese. I’m so tired of wasting money with them. Then when I complain. I’m made to feel like I shouldn’t have complained and that I’m in the wrong. It’s just frustrating. That I won’t even go there no nor I make my boyfriend go cuz I feel uncomfortable. Smh

I asked to exchange the bacon in the ultimate jam sandwich to sausage. I was initially charged 75 cents more but after getting a copy of my receipt they charged me an extra 25 cents without explaining it or ever addressing it. Always get a copy of your receipt.

No, honestly, when I tried to talk to them, I didn’t understand them. They said that I asked for two wraps, but they gave me a wrap with coffee. I didn’t want a wrap with coffee. I took one wrap. They made me pay $6, and I don’t know how much this food is. I didn’t ask for it. They compensated me based on a wrap they did for $8. Honestly, I will never deal with them again.

I am very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. I always get my iced caramel macchiato and normally it is delicious. However, these past 6 or so months with all the newer people they don’t know what they are doing. My drink tasted like absolute garbage. I will not go back. It’s very upsetting. They didn’t put the extra caramel in it like I asked and they stirred it. This is not what I asked for.

I went here every single day until now! A DEAD FLY IN MY DRINK??? Sipped it right through my straw. So unsanitary and not to mention customer service is horrible. Will never come here again, they need to shut down. I will be contacting the Heath department on this matter.

It’s Dunkin Donuts and it’s coffee…… really good coffee.
I’m not a drinker of the cold Brews but I see a lot of folks getting them so they must be good. I can only speak to the hot coffee and I drink it black the way I was taught to drink it, the way it was meant to be.
