Ordered a dozen donuts last night from the app, got to the store and the young lady at the window handed me the box and said “ oh we didn’t have some of the doughnuts you ordered so I just went ahead and gave you an assortment ” …. Nope … nope not today … so o switched out a few donuts and settle for a few I wasn’t really interested in but all they had…. I thought donuts are supposed to be made fresh daily… some of the donuts were like biting into toast …. Crunchy and hard, clearly stale …. A huge disappointment, I wouldn’t expect such poor quality stale donuts from such a major company… sad

The 2 scoop sundae was made well. However the cashier was not friendly, she made me feel like I was annoying her; I went to the drive thru. I had my card ready, she did not greet me or say you’re welcome when I said thank you. I will go back because my previous experience was nice.

I just left this location on Liberty rd. I wish I could give a 0 because the coffee has gotten watered down & they need to stop selling those old stale hash browns they dont even fully cook them so they are soft. NOBODY WANTS WATERED DOWN COFFEE OR SOFT & STALE HASH BROWNS. & THEY NEED A NEW CASHIER AT THE WINDOW THE YOUNG MUSLIM GIRL WITH THE HEAD WRAP HAS 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This location does offer in store pickup nor curbside. They pick and choose when they want to close their lobby during the day for whatever reason. I literally seen someone walk out of there and I came like 2 mins behind her, the door locked and they telling me get my pick up order that I place to to be picked up inside because I may want something else but no, they told me come to the drive thru. Im standing waiting for someone to give me my coffee but you guessed it, there are cars in the drive thru. The whole situation couldv’e been avoided if they would just open their lobby.

I requested a specific assortment of donuts in one of the three dozen I was purchasing. When I pointed out the lack of variety the very hostile young Lady was placing in the box, her response indicated she was not very customer service savvy. People just want what they are going to pay for even if it is just the same donuts with different colored icing. 3 stars was generous in this case. 1 would have been appropriate, but no need to slam the entire organization for one “bad apple”.
