Always great food. But watch out for older lady with tattoo on right wrist. Extremely rude. Two customers walked out because of here. Also rude to another customer dinning in. Closed an hour early, didn’t honor my online order, called and hung up on me. Not a person who permanently worked there, but someone who filled in a day after Christmas. I went early enough for the holiday hours. She Started yelling at me talking about how she was understaffed. And no I didn’t yell at her until she got loud with me. I get that work can stress you, but there is still a way you must conduct yourself. If you’re feeling pressure at work, then I recommend you talk to your manager about it. This is the second time I went and this location closed early. I’m definitely done with this location for good. This place seems pretty unpredictable. I went somewhere else, it’s a little further but, the staff were nice made the sandwich wonderfully. I recommend you find the next nearest location to get your sandwich made, it’ll be worth it. I’m not saying my experience was bad all the time but, you only have a few chances with me until I find another place I like better.

Got there 45 min before closing time and waited another 15 min, the lady closed the store 30 min early and told me she didn’t have enough salami so I said it’s fine whatever she had but she said she couldn’t make it like that. Wasting my time and got nothing with another 20 min left before closing.

Terrible experience. Didn’t make my sandwiches right. Their ceiling was leaking onto the food, really unsanitary. Don’t recommend this location. They ran out of the sub I mobile ordered. They didn’t bother to call to let me know ahead of time or anything and they took 1 hour to make the online order. The sub was super dry and they didn’t even toast it. I told the employee and he straight lied to my face and told me it didn’t say it was supposed to be toasted. It was right at the top of the receipt.

Terrible service here. I ordered 3 sandwiches and one of the workers marked my order complete even though it was not. Two of the three sandwiches were ready but not the 3rd just because the chicken wasn’t defrosted and no one called me to even ask about making a substitute sandwich BEFORE I got there.
