At 6 on august 11. If I could give this location a 0 I would. They need to change some of the staff here. I had a bad experience here. The coffee was not made right. The guy who took my order did not listen to what I was asking clearly. I had to repeat the whole order over again. When I got to the window I payed with cash and he had attitude. He was slamming the cash and then he slammed my change into my hand as well as my food. He did not seem happy. This is not the first time coming to this location and not this first time being treated like this. I don’t feel comfortable when I come to this location. The older men employees just don’t seem happy or in a good mood when I’m there.

I feel like some of the staff is not listening really well to the orders. They gave the wrong order once, i ordered strawberry sprinkle donut they gave chocolate sprinkles instead. Few weeks ago I ordered ice caramel macchiato, they gave me my order WITHOUT caramel in it. Yesterdag I ordered again my usual drink, Iced Caramel Macchiato, they gave me a freakin tasteless Iced Caramel macchiato, TASTE LIKE CREAMER with a little bit of coffee in it. disappointing really specially when you’re craving for iced coffee and then when you finally have it, but taste awful.

The service here is terrible. Aziz at the window was very rude. I have been coming here ever since they opened. Today I presented Aziz with my Free Premium regard QR code that I earned for coming here for like 12 times. They have the Dunkin app which allows you to win points. He refused to honor my reward and made me pay. I’m not saying that $5.52 is a huge amount but I earned a free reward and they should be able to honor it. I paid for it, at this point it’s not about the cost it’s about the service and how he talked to me. The drink that he made tasted like water. There was no caramel. So besides my bad experience I got a bad drink. I will not be returning here, will definitely go to the other Dunkin close to Plaza St.

The service at this place is awful they wait on you and then you wait forever to get drinks food comes realitively quick but by the time your drink comes your food is cold and they got my drink wrong so i had to wait even longer during the busy time in the morning they sould have 1 person dedicated to making drinks but probably should be 2 the mgr. was working drive thru mean while the lobby was full of people at least 8, waiting on drinks. It took me 30 minutes to get drink only for it to be wrong

Been there since they’ve opened and have had generally a good experience. However, the last couple of times, I’ve had issues. Today was the last straw. Placed an online order (through their app). Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese. Now how is this acceptable? See picture attached. Disappointed.
