Service isn’t slow, But the last few times I went there always stuff out of stock. Today they didn’t even have vanilla ice cream? Also every time I order a milkshake from here the consistency is always watery; as opposed to other locations. Doughnuts are edible but nothing I’d look twice at. Employees are friendly.

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years daily. The staff doesn’t seem to care about their job and ignore their customers. Orders tend to get messed up often. Coffee orders aren’t read that have instructions in them. A manager needs to be actively working there as the staff needs to be held accountable.

extremely bad customer service, I went yesterday to place an order , told me to come and pick it up today and guess what when i came they told me there is no order even when i saw the order behind the cashier. she pretended to call her manager but said he is not responding which is a lie . they need to improve the service and it seems the manager does not know what is going on or he knows and does not care.
