Stopped for breakfast. Healthy wake up wraps ( Egg and cheese). Latte coffee was the nearest to Indian Coffee taste that one can get and classic donuts. Good place to break .

To start off they do not have fast food pace behind them. They are slow. They don’t listen very well either and usually mess up my order every single time one way or another. The donuts look messy always and are very dried out. It’s a bit ridiculous it takes over 15-20 minutes for only 2 cars to get their stuff and go. The food is usually under cooked by a ton too. They also leave their own drinks on the counters for everyone to see from the window. A lot of the workers just stand there doing nothing as well. This place should honestly not be open with how horrible it is ran and looks. And below is a picture of my wrap from today.

On ap order placed . Boss Paid for a large Matcha and received a medium. Ordered medium ice coffee and received a large. The Place was busy And the workers seemed stressed. My fault that i didn’t check to see if it was right. ( I know better), however, I asked if it was right and the lady told me yes. So I just took it.
This is Not the first time this has happened, I have had similar problems in the past with orders at the Elmira Street store-in drive threw. Keystone ave Manager should go over and help. I have never had a problem there.

Theres no issue with food quality or drink quantity at this location in my experience, and the staff is are very nice and professional. it just seems like they have hit or miss days for the drive thru, you’ll either be in and out in 5 minutes. Or you’ll be waiting 45+ minutes for a couple of iced coffees.
Great if you have time to kill, but a hassle if you’re just trying to pick up some coffee on your way to work.

I placed my mobile order at 11:09 and did not receive my drink until 11:39 due to long lines. There was no ice, it was filled 3/4 of the way, and was not mixed at all. I was not offered a refund or a newly made drink after mine had sat out during the 30 minutes I had waited in line. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had payed for my drink, I would’ve left and taken my business elsewhere. They always have horrible service and no sense of urgency. Never come here if you want your drink made correctly or if you want quick service.

Wow!! Unbelievably wow is the only way to describe my experience. I ordered on the mobile app so that I could simply grab my order and go. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru and I finally get some of my order. I ordered 2 drinks, a dozen donuts, and a 10 pack of munchkins. I received the 2 drinks, after the lady tried to give me one that was not what I ordered. When she finally made the correct drink, she gave me 2 cups of it since she didn’t want to throw away the extra. She gave us an extra 7 donuts for the wait. Then after we finally got the drinks she then decided to tell me that she didn’t have the donuts that I ordered, and that she gave the munchkins that we ordered to someone else. So I told her to just give me the dozen so that we could get going. She gave me a random mix of donuts, even after she told me she had most of what I wanted in the dozen, and then added three more to it. She then proceeded to write on the box while I am sitting there just waiting to go. I hate to say this about someone without actually knowing, but I am not sure that she was uninhibited. The only saving grace was the other associate, Jackson, who was trying to help while maintaining his workload.

This Dunkin’ location would be better off just closing down. It used to be really good, pretty quick through the drive through, drinks tasted good. After the remodel it took a dire turn for the worst! I just spent 35 minutes waiting in the drive through. It’s been like this at least the last 4 times I’ve been there. After waiting that long I would at least expect my drink to be good, but nope. I can’t taste any vanilla, and it has a metallic after taste. This will be the last time I go here. I’d rather go out of my way and go to the Dunkin on Keystone. At least they can get it right in a decent amount of time!

Dirty, never in a rush regardless of how many customers. We waited more than 10 minutes for a drink and 2 donuts with no other customers. They wanted to finish their conversations first I guess. Still got the drink and donuts wrong. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
