If I could have zero stars I would. I ordered on my app a frozen mocha coffee with whipped cream. After almost 20 minutes at the drive thru I got my drink with no mocha or whipped cream. When they have me the right drink finally I got no spray

Once in awhile I see something great on the Dunkin app. Today it was the caramel chocoholic donut. They were out of it, when I ordered two. Worker in the drive thru was rude about it too. Then they told me there are no specialty donuts to substitute and I would have to get three regular donuts. She went through the list so fast that I could barely think of which three to get. Mind you, I ordered on the app ahead of time, and it would have been nice to tell me at the drive thru speaker that they didn’t have the donuts I wanted. Instead they wait until I get to the window, didn’t even say my correct items for my order “coffee black”, and I replied no. Then proceeded to say what my actual order was. That’s when she rudely gave me the bad news that they didn’t have the donut. Oh and they’re never going to have them. I said well that sucks, because that’s the only reason why I ordered. Dunkin sucks. I’ll just go to Starbucks from now on because at least their app reflects what they have and don’t have at the store!

Asked for an iced coffee with cream and splenda. Had to say it 4 times for the girl to understand. I get the coffee and they throw raw sugar in instead of Splenda which I can’t have. Didn’t bother going back to complain.

Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin’ nearby, or I would go to a different one. The staff are unprofessional and very undertrained. Most of the time the food is either overcooked or made incorrectly.

Dunkin is my go-to, so I try to find the best one. Hellertown Dunkin flip flops between good and bad quite often, but recently has a wonderful employee who is friendly and caters to you. She listens and smiles and I’ll tell you what: she could even get my coffee wrong, but because of her attitude, I’d still come back soon again. I don’t know her name, but thank you!

This place needs a lot of work is so beat down. Don’t need to have a menu board up. Everything is falling apart in this building this building need to update it’s in a white neighborhood and it looks like trash you need to fix this place up.

The store is nice. Staff is friendly but under trained. Mobile order sat there for over 20 mins and staff didn’t make it until I waited in line and asked. Bathrooms are very dirty. Overall below the level of an average Dunkin experience.

If only I could leave negative stars. This Dunkin is terrible, the customer service the quality, just everything is horrible! The employees are so rude! They gave me the wrong order of donuts for my kids as well as gave me a drink that was half full, but I didn’t realize until I got into the car because the phone had settled by then and when I went back to ask them to make a new one and show them that it was only half full, the two girls looked at each other and laughed and said no it definitely wasn’t, in a rude tone. Then they just walked away while I sat in the drive-through So now I am stuck with the wrong house fool drink and the wrong donuts for my kids. I couldn’t believe how terribly ignorant they were! Like you work in customer service!! That’s sad.
