There were two young men working on the night I stopped in for a cold brew. They were both working hard cleaning and straightening up when I arrived after 7 pm. I was welcomed upon arrival, my order was taken and promptly filled. The interaction was very courteous I will definitely stop in at this location in the future.

PATRICE- the manager is about the rudest person I’ve come across. Right from the start we were greeted by a miserable attitude. She is a poor example for the rest of the employees. We watched her drop our food on the floor, pick it up, put it in our bag- it wasn’t until she turned around and saw that we had seen everything that she turned around and took it out. No apology- nothing. How disgusting. We would like Thomas Carpenter, the owner, to contact us about the kitchen footage and the board of health contact.

The only Dunkin in the area that will be honest with you if they’re out of decaf. (This is a big deal for someone who has a medical condition keeping them from having caffeine) The staff are super nice and sweet. I have been going to this one for the past two years and they’ve never let me down. Always a great experience

I ordered a medium iced coffee with coconut milk and french vanilla, she asked if I wanted cold foam, I said no and a chocolate glazed and blueberry glaze, when I pulled around, they handed me a cup with foam on top, I said “I said no foam,” so they took it back, rolled their eyes and said they would make a new one, I received the new one and it had zero flavor in it. I also received my donuts well after all this and after the lady who took my order had to come back and ask what 2 donuts I wanted. Very unprofessional, rude and didn’t seem like they knew what to do. To add to it, I was 1 of 2 customers in the restaurant, so they were not busy.

I had a mistake in a previous order and the manager recognized my order this morning and went above and beyond fixing it for me. She truly showed the excellent customer service skills that make Dunkin Dunkin. I stop there every day on my way to work…it isn’t the closest Dunkin to my house…but the service is worth waiting for.

Could not rate the food the staff looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me just kept talking and keep doing there thing until the one employee was walking out the door and didn’t seem like they cared. I still stood there waiting for another three minutes after and then just left, hoping someone would wait on me. The overall atmosphere was a little outdated but okay overall but the restroom could use some work.

I’ve never dealt with a more rude bunch of people in my life, from the first person I spoke to in this fiasco to the last. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through, as I was supposed to. After waiting for quite some time, I got to the window and told them I had a mobile order (just as I had to the rude woman in the speaker) and the employee looked lost. After several minutes of confusion, she hands me two drinks and says thanks and closed the window. I waited until she looked back out and said “What?!” I explained we ordered food as well. Cue further confusion. After several more minutes, she hands me a bag. What’s sticking out the top was not something I ordered and I told her that this was not my order. She became quite irritated and told me to go inside. I parked, went inside, and told the girl at the counter that I was picking up a mobile order. She told me those are drive through only, and when I told her I was instructed to come inside, she threw her gloves down and yelled, “I quit!”

Thursday AM around 8. Clean, but not spotless. Service was quick. Cashier was pleasant. Doughnut was great, but my croissant was slightly burnt. Still delicious though. Good experience.
