I am so sick of this dunkin . EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I have to use DoorDash and order from them, I have to complain . I get the same thing, medium hot with 7 cream 7 sugar… they ALWAYS find a way to mess it up, last time by giving me ONE CREAM ONE SUGAR… today they gave me a LARGE so the portion size was messed up meaning not enough cream or sugar, not to mention it came stand alone with no bag sealing it from the driver (which creeps me out anyways) the quality was horrible , it was OLD AND BURNT! Tasted like nail polish! I’m going to start requesting a different dunkin bc this one messes up constantly . I won’t order again from this Dunkin’
*note they are the ONLY Dunkin’ in the area with a 3 star rating.. they are ridiculously rude when you go in person, and they mess up your order just as badly when in store . I also like to add I requested cold foam one time on a hot coffee ( I like it bc it adds the perfect combo of sweet and cream) but regardless if it’s weird or not IM THE CUSTOMER AND IM PAYING FOR IT…. the woman told me no… she said Dunkin’s won’t allow her to do that like what?!?! Every other dunkin allows it and don’t say anything about it, but this barista (and I use that term lightly ) refuses and I had asked on multiple occasions . Proceeded to get an attitude with me , so I asked for it in a side cup, which she did give me, but come on really??? I thought the customer was able to customize the coffee they are paying for?!?! But anyways, avoid this store, there are other close by who’s coffee is always fresh, and DoorDash orders are completed correctly and sealed the bag , this one rarely protects your food and drink, they sent the doughnuts in the bag tho, sealed on the doughnut box and the bag sealed, and my coffee was just in some strangers cup holder wide open for them to do whatever they wanted to do to it, not even a sticker over the drink hole!!! Such a bad establishment

New one! They also they forgot my fiancés donut he ordered. I called customer service line to get a refund as well they gave me my money back. The Dunkin over S. Queen St is 10 times better than this one! I ain’t coming back here til they improve there costumer service and better employees to serve others.

I’ve ordered from dunks 3 shifts in a row now. They forgot my straw the first two times so I called this morning after submitting my order and asked them to please remember my straw and now they just forgot some of the drink. It was not the driver, the bag was secure and sealed tightly with those glue strips you can’t open after closing and there was no spill in the bag. I really feel like this was done vindictively because I asked to remember my straw.

Hey guys, Happy Valentine’s Day!
I just wanted to come on here and give a HUGE shout out to Kate, the barista here! So, I was came, in store, to make my order(Yup ppl still do that! )and I didn’t know what I was feeling for a hot or cold coffee and she was amazingly patient! It was like 20sec, may be 30sec, but she was there smiling and waiting for my response. Now that’s real customer service guys! Come to this location and see for yourself. She’s the reason I keep coming to this one! Thanks Kate!

Drive thru was fast , at the window the staff was more worried about side conversations with coworkers than customer service, bagels where not toasted at all and were raw. Disappointing.

Thursday AM around 8. Clean, but not spotless. Service was quick. Cashier was pleasant. Doughnut was great, but my croissant was slightly burnt. Still delicious though. Good experience.

Originally they messed up my order I asked for light ice in a medium drink and they gave me a full cup of ice. Unfortunately I had about an hour’s worth of running around I had to do before I could go back Which I did. I explained the situation and they took it back and made me a new drink. I’m very thankful and appreciative that they remade my drink but from a customer service standpoint if you didn’t make the drink and you’re handing the orders out the window it is still your responsibility to verify the orders are correct.

I love you guys, and my drink is always perfect… but please, do not have scented lotions or perfumes on. My cup smells like perfume. Not very appealing when you take a sip and smell perfume each time.

Once again, can you please NOT wear perfumes or scented hand lotion while handling people’s drinks. I should not be smelling perfume while I am sipping my COFFEE!!!!! Food grade job, no scents. Come on!!!!

Horrible experience, I ordered 2 hit caramel lattes, and received 2 caramel crazes. I went back to get it fixed as they tasted like cinnamon, the lady that took my order and made the drinks was there and offered me a refund with an extremely nasty attitude, but instead of a refund she recharged my card. Clearly the employees have not had proper training in customer service nor how to properly make the drinks. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered 2 Boston Creme donuts. The one was basically just plain on the inside! Barely a nickel size of creme in it! The 2nd one was only slightly better. When I showed the worker she acted like she couldn’t care less. She just looked at me and said, “Yeah?”. Didn’t offer me a new donut or even seemed bothered by it. It’s not a Boston Creme donut if you don’t get the CREME!
