My husband and his coworkers were there to dine in and have a couple of beers. The waiter who was taking their order was racist and unpolite. He spilled the beer on one of his co-workers on purpose and laughed. This is unacceptable, and took all the orders except there’s. They had to step out and leave. This is sad. Their money is worth the same as everyone else. Sad to know that Mexicans are not welcome here.

Meh place with barely 50¢ worth of sauce on your $4 wings being sold to you at $12 plus tax and tip. Server was nice and doing her job. Tried to flag down a server to get a free side of sauce or have them remade, but nobody answered me. Food deserves Two stars because it wasn’t served with a side of tobacco spit

This place is awful, we called 3 times no answer and I told my husband call one more time before we go inside to order and finally they answered. Took our order and said 30 mins, fine. We go and my husband goes inside and mind you there was only one car there and nobody comes and waits on him. People keep coming threw the door and still nobody comes to check on them. After 15 mins of just standing, he just leaves. There are staff just laughing and talking at the bar, not checking on a single customer and there were 7 people by the time we left. This establishment is a joke and it’s crazy how downhill it’s gotten. Just don’t go.

I stepped in and there was no one to greet me or seat me at a table. I walked through the restaurant and there was not a single worker. I had to walk all the way to the back to the bar to ask if the restaurant was open. The bartender stated that they were so I sat at a table near the bar. I sat there for 20mins and then the bartender gave me a menu and told me it would be 45mins to be tended to due to a large group of 30 people for some sort of event that day and only one person waiting on all of the customers.

Terrible food and service. The servers and cooks cant follow simple instructions. I ordered ten boneless wings and received five. I also didn’t receive any sauce for some odd reason. It also took me 25 minutes to get a drink, I ordered water… I would not recommend going here.

Least amount of meat I have seen on wings ever which tremendously lowered the value of the meal. Not sure if this is a problem with BWW as a whole or just this location. It had been a while since I had eaten BWW but craved wings. Not worth the price unfortunately.

My fiancé and I took my sister and her fiancé here for dinner last night and we waited almost 45 minutes for our food and our waiter wasn’t very attentive to our table. I ordered a second order of fried pickles AFTER our food was already ordered and the fried pickles still made it to our table before the food. When we finally did get our food my fiancé and I… our wings and fries were cold, my sisters fiancés fries and burger were cold, and my sisters chicken wrap was freezing cold and had hard pieces of chicken. Even after sending it back she said it still wasn’t done right and wasn’t good at all. I paid a lot of money for food that we had to wait 45 minutes for and that was freezing cold when we got it. We will not be going back.

Food took 45 minutes to come out and then was freezing cold. Our server didn’t really seem to be bothered by it and when someone came over to apologize he offered to give us a coupon for $10 off that was expiring THE SAME DAY. Mind you the place was empty so not really sure what was going on…..

I don’t like to rant but out of 3 experiences here I’ve yet to have a good one. Dinning in we once waited 20 minutes without even being offered drinks and ended up leaving. Finally tried delivery and was missing multiple items and wings were small & barely sauced.
