The food took forever to come out. Our waiter was even frustrated when the kitchen finally brought our order we placed 45 minutes ago, and 3 other tables that came in after us got their food before us. Store was 1/3 full and staff were running through the store drinking sodas on the floor amongst customers. Food was Hot, and our waiter was very nice about the situation. Just seemed like most the staff came to work to socialize and not work.

Do not order from here. Order confirmation said food would be ready at 6pm. My wife arrived at 6pm to pick up the food and restaurant said the food had not been started. After multiple check ins, food was finally started at 7:30pm (yes, an hour and a half later) and food received at 7:40. Manager did not offer any kind of compensation for the ridiculous wait time. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a Kona big wave draft at bar, did not taste like one at all, bartender said keg was just near empty and I got a different beer instead. Woke up throwing up all night and sick next day, unsure if lines are dirty or beer was bad.

This visit was an absolute train wreck.
Sat down and it was 30 minutes of sitting there to get our drink order in and 3 draft beers delivered…on a Sunday evening when it was only 15-20% full. About 40 minutes after that, we finally got our wings which were fine and typical BWW there. One in our group ordered a dessert of chocolate pan cookie that took almost 20 minutes to get and was only a cookie… no ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate that was supposed to be on it.
At that point we were over 2 hours in, getting a little fed up and sent the dessert back. We ended up getting our check another 15 min or so after that. All told, our party of 4 with relatively simple orders were there almost 2 1/2 hours for what should have taken half the time at most. Very bad service, I would avoid at all costs

Food was solid. Service at the bar was a joke. Took forever to get a beer when empty and waited a half hour for them to change the channel to the game I wanted when there was only 6 people at the bar.

The time before we ordered here our sons kids meal burger was undercooked and it was pink on the inside, but the wings were great. We decided to give them another chance we just ordered wings and nachos this time and the wings were so overcooked the bones were split… Whoever is cooking here sucks and i don’t think we will be ordering from here again. It sucks but it is what it is they aren’t the only place that sells wings.

The bird dawg buns came out burnt on the one end, and the chicken tenders included into my bird dawgs were way too small so much for $11.50 each. Worst experience I’ve had with Buffalo Wild Wings but none the less not satisfied. I realized they were packed with business but I still didn’t get my expectations what so ever. I sure would hope in the future they would keep up to par with more food satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

The service was lovely and the server very polite and attentive. The food was mid and, as always, way too expensive and, and i always feel overstimulated here w the 30 tvs on, people talking, music playing, etc. but my kiddos wanted to go, so alas, I caved and went. 3 people. Over $70 including tip. Just not worth it in my opinion.
