Messed my drink up twice, then handed me my drink with it dripping everywhere. No napkins in my bag. If you’re that incompetent to hand out a drink that’s dripping you need to find an even simpler job then Dunkin.

Most of the time my order is not correct and coffee is undrinkable. I have to drive back and get them to remake it. I wouldn’t go to this dunkin but it’s the closest one around besides heading out to West York…they seem like they always have new staff which isn’t too good either. I feel like the staff is just untrained and doesn’t know how to correctly make these beverages for the public. Edit** 5/22/21 Don’t ever order bagels here, anytime I order them their always burnt. Not that complicated to turn the burner down a bit.

Usually make our food right, but the staff is not the best. I once waited inside for 10 minutes because these girls, who went to the same high school as me and did not like me, chose to not serve me. I waited for a while until a guy clocked-in and took my order right away. It was ridiculous how long I had to wait because they didn’t want to be professional.

I stopped going to dunkins after the one in my hometown kept botching the coffee everytime. This one nails it everytime! The bagel sandwiches usually come out a little darker than I would like when they toast them but they are overall good. Can’t really complain.

Out of featured things regularly. Make orders wrong 50 percent of the time. Kids running the place. If in York area go to another location. That’s what I’ll be doing from now on.
