Love the donuts and coffee. That said, FIX YOUR FREAKING DRIVE THRU SPEAKER. You can barely hear the person taking your order, and from what I can tell the employees can’t here us that well either. This has been going on for months at least! Being able to easily and correctly communicate an order seems kind of important to a food service establishment. Just my two cents.

I’ve only ever had the donuts. I’m a Boston Cream type of gal, but I don’t like their Boston Cream. The custard and the icing taste artificial to me. Also, donuts are more of a dessert thing for me, but in the evenings, their freshness there is hit or miss. (I would prefer that to food waste though, I guess.) That being said, their fresh glazed donuts/donut holes are one of the most fantastic things I’ve ever had.

There is an issue with the location. There is not enough room for cars in the drive thru. It’s caused major accidents. The gas station next to it has signs posted not to use the very end of a useless lot that never has been used by the gas station. Shame on Marathon!

Went through the drive through and ordered my daughter a grilled cheese, and I had a coffe with no sugar, along with other items. Get home, theres no grilled cheese, so I called them. Whoever I talked to (a female) was very rude and dismissive. Apparently they never rung up the sandwich so she said there was nothing they can do (which is fair) but then she just hung up on me after I was polite to her the entire time. After that I took a sip of my coffee and there’s a bunch of sugar at the bottom… overall just bad experience

Arrived for an afternoon coffee break and donuts. Our counter person, Mikhail, was very cordial and efficient. Our donuts were fresh and yummy and our drinks were perfect.

Never makes coffee how I ask , food cold, and nasty service. I literally go to north versailles or Jeannette because of irwin store service I wish I could give a negative rating. They don’t deserve 1 star.

Stopped here to grab coffees for the guys doing work on my house. I went through the drive through and older 6 large coffees black and one with cream and sugar. I pull up to pay and asked if I can get cream and sugar in a bag for the 6 coffees. A lady behind the woman at the window said ( ah REALLY!?). I guess that was a difficult task for her. I went to pay with cash and was informed the don’t expect 100s or 50s. I don’t recall seeing any sign stating so. If counting change is to difficult for the employees maybe they should clearly start it and make it debt only. I guess the positive thing from this whole transaction was the coffees were hot.

I work with public aswell and I typically usually don’t complain. My wife like dunkin thats the only reason i step foot here. But this dunkin is getting more and more awful. Hiring these lazy young people feeling entitled think they should get paid for doing nothing. They’re good at talking trash behind you and giving you the death stare when you tell them that they make the order wrong. How can you make it wrong meanwhile the stickers is right on the item…. If you don’t want to work go home and don’t ruin other people days.
