Upon my arrival in the door I was greeted by the staff with an enthusiastic welcome. I made my order and asked it would be okay to take pictures of the facility and was told by the manager that it would be fine. I got my food shortly after taking a few pictures of the lobby area. The food looked quite apitizing far better than my experience from a location in Parma Ohio during my last visit to this franchise. The tables and floor are very clean as well as the ceiling tiles vents and light fixtures, apart from a 2 stains from a leak the appearance is immaculate. My food was nothing less than what I would expect from this restraunt, Delicious, the fries did not taste of old oil or metallic, the burger had the proper portion of condiments, the soda was carbionated properly and tasted proper. The only thing I could fault this facility for would be not having a self serve soda foutian. Keep up the great work and amazing service at this location!

What’s the point on spending thousands on a beautiful truck parking lot to not have the dining room open for drivers to come eat???? Good fail Wendy’s I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Whoever is working on 11/15 around noon all need fired. They should not make someone stand in the lobby for 15/20 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER!! than have an attitude about getting my food. Wastes my whole lunch standing here

Usual food for a Wendy’s but the interior is dated. Easy parking with smooth road access is a welcomed feature. I ordered a chili, and was unimpressed with the fill height, as it could have clearly fit a few more ounces. It was also quite busy for a Sunday lunch, and service was impacted by it – so plan accordingly. Overall acceptable in a pinch.

This is the second time within 2 weeks I have gotten a cold burger. And don’t ask for a Brownie Batter Frostie, their idea of brownie batter is vanilla ice cream with a chocolate swirl! No brownies! Very slow service and a don’t care attitude!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY’s unless you plan to order from the mobile app. They will allow a line at the register to extend out the door and NOT take a single order because they are prioritizing mobile orders. The level of incompetence on how to manage orders and prioritizing mobile orders over people standing at the register is unreal!! It was faster for me to get food next door at Taco Bell instead of waiting on Wendy’s to take my order!

Do not bother going in. They refused to even look at you half the time. They will take care of the entire drive-through before even acknowledging you exist. When someone walks through the door, you serve them, and you do not ignore them. Do better.

Clyde Wendy’s is usually really good but the last couple times, I’ve had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through and have had mistakes in my order. I hope they start to do better!

Our group of six ( ages 69 to 85) stood in line for 40 min. while half of that time the one lady on the register was pulled off to fulfill online orders. THAT IS WRONG !!!! A worker should be designated to stay at the register for those of us standing in line. Come on Wendy’s
