If I could get negative 100 I would. Slow, unorganized, dirty, always getting your order wrong, don’t understand nothing you say even though they speak English, can’t make a good coffee ever, don’t listen to directions, rude, and stupid very very stupid. Act very childish and immature all the time, don’t pay attention at all. Again slow slow slow slow!!!!!! Close earlier then they are supposed too. I go to this lo action everyday ..The worker Natasha is excellent she’s always up on her toes, customers seem to like her , she’s great with the other girls..and she gets my very complex espresso order perfect everytime..serious harworker..I notice this stuff because I owned a coffee shop for 30 years..! Customer service is something I pay attention to!

Ordered online and have and have never had a place mess up more than them. Out of my 5 item order, they forgot 3 items. How a dunkin donuts could forget 3 boxes of munchkins is beyond me. To add to this, the food i did recieve was just bad. The hash browns were stale on the outside and cold on the inside and the egg they put on my avocado tomato sandwich was cold as well. Please, do not order from here. Don’t give service to this place because it is incredibly obvious they do not care.

I Stopped at Dunkin’ Donut today, they didn’t have the type of coffee I wanted so I decided to order 3 chocolate covered Bavarian cream donuts as long as I was in line for the Drive-Thru. There was 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me. I sat there waiting & wondering what was taking so long as I watched Tim Hortons drive-thru line, fill up & empty twice before I even made it to the window. This is what they looked like. What a waste of time!
