Service was so bad. Why did it take 20+ minutes for one bagel and a wrap? They also kept forgetting orders and having to come back and ask people. There were literally five people working and all of them were talking instead of making orders. It wasn’t busy either, there was one other person ordering and he also was forced to wait fifteen minutes for a wrap. When we finally got the food, it wasn’t even made well or tasted burnt. My family and I were on a road trip and stopping here literally added half an hour onto our arrival time.

Okay. Don’t know what it will take to get some of those employees held accountable. Guess I’ll post a shitty review everyday. Awful service, no surprise there. Placed a doordash pickup order, went to get it thru the drive thru as I had two kids in the car. Stated what my pick up was and was told “you need to come in for that” i explained the situation and was pretty much cut off from talking to be told “okay you needa come in to get it” so I did. Upon entering, the order is sitting right there, and they handed it to me anyway, what was the purpose? If there’s no reason behind why I needed to bring my kids in, why did I have to? The amount of times they have just been so rude to me is astronomical. Definitely wont be going back, but WILL continue to post terrible reviews until ownership or management does something because that business is pathetic.

Ordered a plain bagel toasted they put it into the microwave i asked to have it toasted the guy said were not turning it on for 1 person! What the hell is that why have it if they won’t use it this is the third time ive had poor service im not coming back if this is the way the owner wants to run his business

This was a great Dunkin’ location! We were on a trip and my wife never had Dunkin’, so we took her. She ordered the Sabrina Refresher, and she was absolutely hooked. I thought the drink was pretty delicious as well. My favorite thing though has always been the Chocolate Munchkins. The staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The store was very clean and had a nice feel. We also Got my sister in-law hooked too!

I Stopped at Dunkin’ Donut today, they didn’t have the type of coffee I wanted so I decided to order 3 chocolate covered Bavarian cream donuts as long as I was in line for the Drive-Thru. There was 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me. I sat there waiting & wondering what was taking so long as I watched Tim Hortons drive-thru line, fill up & empty twice before I even made it to the window. This is what they looked like. What a waste of time!

I only come back because I don’t drink Tim Hortons and the new Starbucks isn’t open yet. Service has gone down hill in the past 2-3 months. The staff is always rude, instead of remaking your drink when it’s wrong, they will call you wasteful and then be petty about it and not fill your cup all the way so you have to ask another employee to fix it for you- again. This is my second incident where I have had a problem in a month and I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. I’ve already called corporate. Giving me a credit to come back and have another bad experience is not enough.
