Probably the best sundae I’ve ever had. All the ingredients were top tier and the staff was super nice. Can’t recommend enough.

If you walk around Willits Town Center, it’s impossible to NOT see someone licking a waffle cone from Sundae. The place has become a magnetic for local creamy happiness.
All the ice cream is homemade. If you drop by before the store opens (the doors are unlocked), you can watch the team actually making the ice cream.
There are the usual culprits and flavors I never thought would go together that marry well. Experiment when you order!
There are tables inside when the snow is pounding and really cute red tables outside when the weather is gorgeous.
The owner is devoted to her product and her store. She is on a mission.
I love that she contributes to the community. She often provides ice cream for civic events. Five stars for that!
So that’s why I feel for her. The store is constantly looking for employees. No one these days, it seems, wants to work. When she’s not there, her teen-aged help is not doing a good job. They got my order wrong. (I got to taste some different flavors, but still.) The place has become a high school hang out when the owner is not there.
Hopefully things will shake out this summer. Because the ice cream is scrumptious!

Really terrible service i’ve been having here. I have been calling for over a week trying to order a custom ice cream cake for my birthday. They absolutely will not answer the phone. I’ve been there in person and asked them if they could just take the order while i was there. They keep telling me online orders only but online it says you have to call. So it’s this huge cycle of these teenagers refusing to answer a phone or just take an order. Why are you working there if you don’t wanna do your job?

The kids working here seriously need an attitude check. A group of us walked in 15 minutes before closing, bought ice cream, and left well before 10 PM. You’d think we were a huge inconvenience based on how rude they were. If you don’t want customers close to closing, lock the doors!! Otherwise, do your job without the attitude.☺️

My husband and I stopped by at 9:30 on a Saturday. Online and on the door, it says they closed at 10:00. We weren’t planning to stay, but just wanted to grab icecream to go. As we were walking up to the door, the girl turned the closed sign and locked the door. We knocked and were completely ignored. The employees wouldn’t make eye contact and were laughing about it behind the counter. So disappointed in this experience.

We only came in for 2 root beer floats. For $9 each, we got 2 small cups with a scoop of ice cream and a can of cheap root beer. Nothing special. And we were charged a 6% service fee on top of the tax. After asking about the service fee, the employee said it was to help pay their wages. What a rip-off! Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place is ok but probably the best ice cream in the area. It was a little dirty and hot inside. There were 2 young employees and the manager. The “kids” didn’t seem to know much about the ice cream and other offerings. I wasn’t told about options for toppings or mix-ins. The ice cream flavor I got was pretty skimpy on the ingredients the description touted. Outside tables were dirty. I probably would have been happier and spent less just getting a pint of ice cream from Whole Foods across the way.

Great ice cream with some unique flavors and not bad prices. Usually places like this charge crazy amounts but I was able to get a decent sized scoop in waffle cone for about $5-6. The chocolate orange was awesome!

The sundaes are huge! They could definitely be split between two people. The ice cream is creamy and they had at least one vegan option. My husband got a milkshake with coffee and one other flavor and it was delicious.
