Don’t have to be a gym member to access. Great value. Appreciated that they had a choice between paper or plastic straws. But, I was extremely disappointed to taste it and wonder, “wow, this tastes like more than just fruit” and proceed to the ingredient list…. Horrible. Not healthy eating at all. And to be located in a gym promoting a healthy lifestyle, yikes. I will not be returning.

The smoothies were delicious as always! The lady working in the morning is always so energized and warm welcoming! My favorite smoothie has got to be the Strawberry-apple with an extra scoop of protein! The place is inside the LA fitness and so having such a nutritious smoothie bar with no added sugar is so wonderful after a workout!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Smoothies are amazing made with fresh fruit! It is hard to find since LA Fitness won’t allow them to advertise on the window but it’s definitely worth the stop!

First off, this smoothie place is inside lifetime fitness. It is just around the corner to the left once you come in (near the swimming pool). It’s not marked outside that I could see.
The lady who helped us was so nice and friendly. She let us customize our smoothies and gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend visiting Nrgize. They have a wide selection of healthy smoothies, some that are just fruit based, some that are geared towards working out and some that are full of veggies. In addition they have a few “treat” smoothies and coffee based smoothies.
