I ordered a doughnut(asked for a specific doughnut at the speaker)2 latès a thing of hash browns and a strawberry lemonade refresher. I was waiting for a person to come cash me out the guy at the register goes what are you waiting for rudely. On from there he takes my money cashes me out throws the money that’s returned back at me. Says oh we don’t have that doughnut then made us pick something else instead of saying that at the speaker so we didn’t order it. Lastly the strawberry lemonade refresher was tea. So instead of saying that they don’t have any lemonade they gave us a drink without even knowing if we are allergic to the ingredients then when called out says oh we are out of that lemonade not impressed. I’m contacting my lawyer for the employee not making sure we had allergies to that specific drink(tea) as you can see it’s tea not lemonade

I went with my aunts to get some coffee and then some donuts for my grandparents. We mobile ordered and when we got to the window my aunt says “mobile order for …” she cuts us off and says go to the window. We then get to the window and the girl at the window says “is it just the two coffees? We don’t have the receipt.” My aunt says “no” and then the girl roles her eyes and huffs and says “Well what else is there?” with her voice raised. We told her there were three donuts and then we got the donuts in the bag with them just thrown in there… now the chocolate on the Boston crème donut is all over and on the glazed donut (wouldn’t be that mad if they were nice). Anyway this Dunkin is the worst I’ve been to and as a huge Dunkin fan I’m very disappointed. Very rude customer service. I would avoid this Dunkin if you can.

I seldom go inside to sit down. On this particular day, I was meeting a friend so this was a centrally located place, easy to meet at. It was very clean inside. My food came quickly. We were there on a Sunday morning. There seemed to be enough staff to cover the number of patrons ordering food inside and at the drive-thru.

No management on site… placed an online order to pick up inside and still waited 15 minutes!!! The point of ordering ahead was so I didn’t have to wait for a long period of time to receive my beverage. Girl was asking coworkers how to make the drinks as she had no clue… including mine. This is the 2nd day in a row where my order was messed up. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have management on site until the morning employees are comfortable with their position and able to make coffee properly and efficiently. Now I see why there is such a high turnover at this location.

Went there today and along with 2 coffees we ordered bagel minis, well when we got them i broke it open to give to my daughter like we always do and the cream cheese was hard and cold in the middle. I went back inside and told them and she said she would put more in for us… well that order came out and i opened one up and the middle was hard and cold again! I just left at that point and went to a different dunkin to get new ones.. unfortunately this isnt my first bad experience with this specific dunkin. i knew there was a reason i stopped going to this one.

Placed my order through drive thru, I asked for an Iced Coffee along with another Iced beverage, when the order was repeated back to me, it was correct. When I pulled around and paid, I was handed one iced coffee and one hot coffee. I said it’s supposed to be an Iced coffee. Then I was told I would have to pay for the difference, for their mistake. Maybe if the employee wasn’t wearing an earbud, possibly listening to music, I would have recieved the coffee I ordered. I haven’t been back since.

Ordered 2 coffees with caramel swirls and I’m pretty sure they just put the pumps in it if anything. Tastes like burnt garbage. Coffee is obviously either burnt or old as usual, and it was only 6:30pm. No stickers on the cups to indicate what was ordered and no receipt. Typical. This is why I go to Starbucks. Last time I came here the chai tea tasted like it was expired and the drink was clumpy, with incredibly bitter syrup in the bottom of the cup, and when I went back and told them what happened they visibly didn’t believe me and just assumed I was being dramatic and they made another one, which also tasted like dish soap. I’ll stick to real coffee shops from now on.
