For Dunkin’, the standard at this particular location is high. Staff are friendlier than other places and service is very quick. Management here knows what they are doing and how to keep people happy. I have seen people get upset here on occasion but more often than not, that was their mistake and not the staff’s. If you’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to you. It’s a shame Dunkin’ as a company keeps raising their prices, but with this store, I always find myself wanting to go back for more.

I must’ve had the same woman today – Noor. Very rude, combative and over a few holiday donuts? Seemed a bit odd. we ordered 4 donuts, she heard 1 and got mad at us when i asked where the other 3 were. At this point she told us we didn’t order them. So i gave her the 3 other donut names again and instead of ringing them up and making more $ for the place. She just kept saying we didn’t order them. So i kindly let her know we’ll be happy to leave without them. Sorry Branchburg DD – i’ll travel a little father to another location to avoid this employee…. there is great customer service training out there if you need to retain her.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts I have been too in a long time. Very clean and they had donuts at 7 pm and it was very fresh tasting. And the sweetest woman was working.

This Dunkin’ is something special. The workers are friendly, their coffee drinks always turn out well, and they are awesome at righting any wrongs. They went above and beyond for me as a customer a few weeks ago and it was honestly the highlight of my whole weekend!

This is my favorite dd ever they are always polite and my coffee always comes out just right not too sweet and not too bland and I NEVER worry about having the sugar at the bottom of my coffee. I live about 15-20 min away from but still make the drive even on my days off work to get coffee from them. They are the best!!!
