This is my preferred Dunkin in the area. The manager and staff are very on-point. My mobile order is almost always ready in less than 3-5 minutes from the time I ordered. They’re very efficient. Staff members start to recognize “regulars” by name, which is always nice!!

I love this place. Dilap and Josh are the only reason I come in. They both make me feel like I’m one of the family every single time. I used to never visit this location til about 6 months ago. When someone asks you to use oatmilk in their coffee, PLEASE actually use it. I don’t know how many coffees I’ve had to waste because I can’t drink them. I can’t speak for everyone that requests it, but I’m not asking for it to be trendy or cool, I’m asking because I want coffee but I’m lactose intolerant and don’t have time to sit in the bathroom all day while I’m at work. If you’re going to charge me for it, USE IT.

Have went to this drive thru every time I shop in Hillsborough. And often I’m with my Mom and buy multiple items. My most recent trip I asked for a little cup of whipped cream for my dog as she recently decided she loves it. Every other Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks (and ice cream places) I patronize has always cheerfully given me this for free. This one says I have to charge you. Surprised I said how much? The guy said $1.00! I said no way that’s ridiculous. The little cup is like a bathroom size Dixie cup usually. I would have been annoyed but maybe paid 50 cents as my dog was all excited. You lost myself and my family as customers.
