The bathrooms are always very dirty and missing soap, while the place is also constantly understaffed. They also don’t have half of the things they say they do (toppings, milks, etc). They also only have one pitcher of coffee (aka serve from the same container decaf and regular, soo…). To top it off, their wifi wasn’t working for two straight weeks, not sure if it’s been fixed yet.

This store is very near to my house and I am used to go very regularly, but it is completely changed now. Jan-10-2021, I went to the store, I found only 1 person who was taking care of the register, doing the cooking, delivering the food to people… and soon on. He gave me food ( my order) , all burned out and I am not sure sure what to do with it. He was rude when I asked him about the burnt food. I as well as people like me who are impacted, have raised complaint with Dunkin Donuts Authorities. I don’t think is the store you would wanna visit this store anymore.

Son asked for an application and the younger guy gave him a very mean look then laughed at him. Older guy come up and said he had to be 18. It was super awkward and they made us uncomfortable.

Asked for 4 medium milkshakes gave them to me half a cup, I got a small one to show him the differences and when he was going to charge me I told the guy they were all technically small since my medium cups were the same about as a small he said no they are medium. And it was more milk then anything.

Terrible service. Always missing stuff from my order. Had to go back in twice since I kept finding items missing from my order. And the worst part is that they don’t tell you if something is missing. Please talk, communicate, etc…..

Ice cream was warm and melted when we got it. Store was extremely warm when were there. Combination Dunkin and Baskin Robbins. Standard Dunkin menu with a diverse ice cream selection (including Egg Nog in February).

terrible service, I have given this location more than enough chances but they can never seem to get the order right. the staff is rude and doesn’t care about customer service. I gladly drive the extra 2 miles down the road to the location on Sloan Ave for better service and better product

Completely disrespectful staff, I made a mobile order and sent my daughter to pick up, the order was incomplete I call them. she ask me to go back with the receipt as she did not remember those items to be in my order, my daughter went back, she looked at the receipt and told my daughter they didn’t have the items. Did not offer a refund or another option, my daughter ask her for a solution and her response was. “Just go back to your mom” I called back and she just said “its not my problem you don’t have the time to come to the store” asked for her name, and her response was “ I’m very busy, and hung up the phone”

The worst Dunkin I ever been too. Coffee tastes sour, bagels are either burnt or not toasted, sandwiches had hair in it. I never will go again.
